McDonald's — Restaurant in Dania Beach

I've gone to this restaurant in various occasions and most of the time always goes sideways. From inexperienced attendants to not getting the order right or waiting longer than usual times for the food. Getting a meal over at this place is always a mission. This time around it was even more painful than ever.

I got an incomplete order which I had to remind her about the missing items. Very poor customer experience. I don't think they'll see me again. Thumbs down.

I placed my order through the drive through. Ordered 2 meals and 3 desserts. The issue began when the screen that usually shows you the items you ordered never pull up my order up on the screen. My gut told me the order was not entered correctly. I proceeded to the cashier and as a safety measure, I asked if the 3 desserts had been entered into the order. The clerk said yes.

When arriving to the next window, I get the deserts first, noticing there was one missing. I inquired about the missing desert and the person tells me that I didn't order it. The guy that took the order says promptly I did not ordered it. But then the supervisor steps in giving me attitude about the error as if I didn't know what I ordered. So she says "look at your order 'honey'" in a passive aggressive tone. After a back and forth with this person, who kept calling honey, she bagan giving me attitude as if it...

Quality is decent and fries were okay. Food came out very quick and there was virtually no waiting.

Food came out a bit warm. Not cold or hot Just kind of like it's been sitting there under a heat lamp. I ordered #7 (Double Cheeseburgers) with a Sprite drink. Speaking of the drink it was really really watered down 👎🏼 I was slightly disappointed because of all the things McDonald's gets wrong the fries, ice cream, and sodas are somewhat a staple of excellence.

They forgot to give us a cone for the Ice Cream. Not the end of the world but it's worth noting. Also the attendant never asked if we wanted ketchup or any condiments. It's stingy in my humble opinion.

Please check your order before driving off if you get the chance !

Overall not terribly upset I generally have low expectations when it comes to most all fast food, just wanted to give me two cents on this particular location. If you are in the area it's a decent bet. Just avoid the sodas and make sure the food is not almost cold.

Went to this restraunt on October 5th 2016 around 9:37pm I entered drive thru and placed order. To get told "after I paid at first Window" that they dont know my order and I had to explain my long order to 3 different employees who kept coming to the window asking "what am I waiting for?" To get told after to pull over to side to be forgotten about . Mind you everyone else in line that was behind me was eventually getting their food . After 6 cars past I decided to go inside for a refund . To hear "oh we got another refund" . To sum it all up it even took me almost ten minutes to get my change back . All with enough time to not be able to bring my girlfriend food home before she leaves to work the graveyard shift at the Marriott . Highly suggest you go to other 2 McDonald's . By oak wood and or Sheridan and i95 . Much more happier and geniune employees with way better / faster customer service . Thanks for...
