Starbucks located at FLL Airport, Terminal B:
We visited this location on August 23, 2025, in the early afternoon and left feeling extremely disappointed by the lack of organization, transparency, and basic customer courtesy.
We ordered a single standard Frappuccino at the register and saw it prepped and set aside, ready to be blended. It was moderately busy, so we were initially fine with waiting. However, our patience quickly turned into frustration as we watched at least 12 customers who ordered after us receive their drinks first--many of them ordering Frappuccinos with multiple customizations, while ours was the standard coffee frappuccino with just a milk substitution.
After waiting over 30 minutes, we politely inquired about the delay. The manager claimed that drinks are made strictly in the order of when the orders are placed, and mentioned there is only one blender. That explanation simply did not match what we experienced. If drinks are made in order, why were so many made ahead of ours when they were bought via the register after us--especially when ours had been prepped and waiting by the blender almost the entire time?
What made this situation even more upsetting was the staff’s attitude. Instead of acknowledging the concern or offering a simple explanation, they responded with sarcasm and dismissiveness--as though we were in the wrong for asking. This wasn’t just our experience either--another customer before us had encountered the same issue.
We understand that airport locations are busy and that wait times can happen. But this wasn’t just a delay--it was a clear lack of fairness and professionalism. Our simple order was pushed aside, and when we asked about it, we were met with disrespect.
We left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and frankly, very disappointed. A little empathy, better order management, and clear communication would have gone a long way. Sadly, this experience did not reflect the standard of service we expect...
Read moreIf I could give a 0 I would. While waiting for my flight, I ordered a venti Dragon Drink (DD] and a venti Iced Green Tea Lemonade (GTL) which i order regularly. We waited about 25 minutes for our drinks to be made even though there was about 4-5 workers behind the counter.
I can forgive my DD for being made slow because 1 barista was in training. And it tasted fine. However the OTHER barista who made my GTL was SO unprofessional.
They made the incorrect drink for the customers ahead of me. They ordered a tall passion lemonade and received a tall iced green tea lemonade [the drink i ordered]. After remaking their drink and taking 10 minutes, I then watched them make my drink where she proceeded to just pour the tall GTL into a venti cup and add more liquid and ice.
Now when I TASTED that drink it was despicable. It had no lemonade inside whatsoever. I had already seated myself back by my gate so my aunt took the receipt and drink back to have it remade. She then came back and told me the barista proceeded to pour the DRINK I DRANK into a mixer behind the counter and "add more lemonade". When she brought the drink back to me it was CLOUDY. I took a sip and i said absolutely NOT. I just threw the drink away and am disappointed with how the situation was handled.
Would rather get a sealed starbucks drink from the fridge than go back...
Read moreThis was by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I ordered a caramel frappuccino, and what I received was a poorly made mess half the cup was just syrup, and the drink was completely off. It was obvious the staff had no idea what they were doing.
I brought it back immediately and politely let the front counter staff know the drink wasn’t made correctly. She even acknowledged it looked wrong, but when I asked for a refund, explaining that my flight was boarding and I didn’t have time to wait . She refused. Instead, she started yelling at another worker to remake it, completely ignoring my request.
When I asked for a manager, I was told there was no manager on site, and again, she kept shouting at the team to make another drink, even though the barista eventually admitted they were out of ice. At that point, I had to walk away to avoid missing my flight This location is a total failure in service, professionalism, and accountability. I will be disputing the charge with my card issuer, but first I will attempt to reach out...
