Starbucks — Restaurant in Dania Beach

The cashier seemed a little unhappy in her position. I let it slide. Maybe the previous customer hurt her feelings or something.

Still, I have to give this establishment one star because I asked for non-dairy in my coffee. I requested almond milk and I got it. But Alfreda put my almond milk in the container that says “Dairy,” the one they use for milk for the customer before me. Every Starbucks has a container that separates the milks for customers with allergies or whatever food preferences they have.

Long story short, I saw her wash it. So I said fine, let this slide as well. I don’t want to be “that” customer who cries because the milk is in the wrong container. She cleaned it! But there must have been residue of milk protein in it because now I’m onboard my flight and my bowels are not happy. Needles to say, the passengers on either side of me are totally disgusted by me and I’m embarrassed.

If you have food allergies, beware of this Starbucks. They are not following policies...

absolutely worst experience at starbucks I have ever had. I never write reviews but i felt i needed to so that i can warn other to not waste your money there. I ordered an iced latte, and was given it warm. When I asked about it they were extremely rude and the worker walked away from me and made fun of me to the other employees out loud, and said “that i must have asked for it iced in my head” and that “I made it all up”. It took them several minutes to start remaking my drink because they were too busy talking bad about me. If they end up making the drink you actually ordered, it tastes terrible and not up to normal Starbucks standards. Both the person in front of and behind me received the wrong drink, they told my friend she could not have a venti water unless she would to pay for it, and my friends coffee was so undrinkable that she took one sip and threw it away. Most horrific customer service I have ever come...

Never been to starbucks. I wanted something else but the other coffees for sale here taste horrible. I tried to order a light and sweet cofee but I guess I wasn't speaking starbucks dumb ordering talk. When ordering g my coffee I don't want to know another language to order it. So I asked for a large and small coffee. I recieved the cofee and they said to go to the corner that's where the sugar and cream were. To my surprise no sugar and no cream. I asked the attendant for regular sugar and cream. I was told that we dont have any regular sugar and we have to wait for the cream. When we got the cream it was with an attitude. The area to put sugar was messy and very disorganized. For such an expensive cup of coffee it's the worst service I ever receive buying this advertised gourmay coffee. Needless to say I would rather get gas station coffee than this one ever. I still don't know how this company is in business....
