This is definitely not representative of my Jamaican culture or a Jamaican restaurant, if this is what they were going for. First off, the hostess who seated my husband and I had zero customer service skills. We felt as though we were bothering her. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated, which she didn’t even walk us to our table. We then waited another 20 minutes before the waitress came over to let us know she’d be right with us and then and 12 minutes before our orders were taken and 30 minutes after asking twice, we finally got our orders of two Jamaican grilled chicken breast sandwiches which were horrible(not sure why it’s even called that). No flavor and chicken was hard and stringy. The coffee tasted like water. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. I get the check and my 16.99 burger was $26. She charged me $3.99 extra for the bacon that the menu said came on the burger. Server says not my fault. I'm only doing my job. I have to charge you for it. I can't make a mistake. The register adds it. I ask for a manager... and wait and wait and wait. I guess she hoped I would just leave. Was offered a sample of a draft beer and before I took a sip noticed a fruit fly in the pour which indicates the fruit flys are up inside the draft spouts too.
