Wendy’s refused to serve me just left there tonight. They refuse to serve me because I already reported them to corporate office Seems like they’re not gonna do nothing. The young lady dark skin heavyset was there the one night between 11 and 12 took my order she’s ringing up my Food but the prices doesn’t match the board, they changed the prices so I’m still asking her why is that and she is saying cause that’s what it is so OK long story short went to the window and I’m saying that’s not right I’ll take care of it the next day because I’m gonna talk with the manager while I’m paying for my food instead of her, give me my card back, she threw it at me and it fell out window out and she asked the other guy that’s an employee with the dreads She asked him to come outside and pick up the card she never said sorry or anything just went on by her business then she up and tell her manager that I’ve been causing problems from since February remind y’all I have been coming here over 3 years anyways so All the way up until now I don’t make trouble with nobody nobody I’m a peaceful person and for them not to serve me she got the store manager. Michelle got everybody in the store, disrespected me not wanted to serve me call corporate on them and she still don’t want to serve me. I don’t think she should be a part of that team store she’s should have run the Camera back and it would’ve told her whole story. I’m not a problem to nobody and the fact that Dee was standing there and she already know I don’t cause problems just as well as the other folks I talk to all of them I even bought them gifts, so why would I cause problems , but anyways, I think that’s wrong and disrespectful. I really think corporate should get into this they really need to do better very low ratings and two weeks ago the young lady at the window the bright skin girl gonna tell me they don’t have sweet tea anymore how you don’t have sweet tea anymore I know I’m not crazy she just didn’t wanna give it to me because I told her the hic orange tasted like water, so she gets mad and don’t wanna change it. And if a biggie bag is 5 dollars on that board but when they ring it up it cost 5.70 + and then total to over $6 what is going on, these heathens is funny, y’all make me 😂 God don’t like ugly, so what if all y’all lose your jobs there at Wendy’s 😃 corporate really need to step up and do better just hiring anybody some people don’t have no class at all Michelle “the Manger” sure don’t. it’s 2 sides...
Read moreI was trying to get a $2 Dave's Double from a Wendy's app offer for March Madness. I have never dealt with so much eye rolling, sucking teeth, and slamming of drive thru windows in my face from this rude service who did nothing to honor and fix this problem. After placing the order in drive thru, I pull up with my offer in the wallet and barcode ready as I have many times before at a Wendy's. My rewards balance was at 50 credits and after her scan, she mentioned that the sandwich was still $7.48 instead of $2.14 for the promo code because the register is not changing the amount. I am showing her the app and coupon and she mentions well the register isn't recognizing it. Ok I get it, so I politely ask for the manager to see if they usually override it and honor since customer is always right or satisfaction guaranteed at these places. Well, manager comes and scans in the code but mentions, the code can't be used now because it's been used. I tell her that it must've been from first scan we just made and now I see my balance has gone up to 120 credits meaning that I've made a purchase of $7 for that credit increase where they may have charged my mobile app digital wallet credit card on profile. She puts in some code and gets her first employee to come back at window and tells me $5.35...so manager solution may have misunderstood and just took $2 off instead of what the deal is for a Dave's Double for $2, not $2 off. I respectfully tell the drive thru attendant, no thank you, I'm not paying $5 for something that should be $2. She sucks her teeth and rolls her eyes for the 5th time during my time there. I figured it's just a waste of time and energy at this point so I say no thank you, its ok. She says "OH MY GOD!" and slams the window in my face. Very rude and disrespectful, doesn't honor or have trained their service properly on handling customers or handling app promo codes. Please refrain this crew as I will not be returning to...
Read moreI love Wendy's.. but this is the worst store ever. Stood at the counter, made eye contact with an employee, asked her a question. She literally ignored me. I got the attention of another person, asked him about using the bathroom- there's a code lock in it... because i was just working in the warehouse with dirt and dead things (I'm a science educator)... I wanted to wash my hands and go to the bathroom before ordering. I ask guy again, because he also tried ignoring me. He asked a lady, who turned and looked at me and said- I just told her our policy. I literally just walked in... so I said I was dirty and working with dead things. She said you have to order something. I said I will, I'm getting a spicy chicken sandwich meal... but I don't really want to touch everything after what I've been touching. She said you have to order. I said please make my order then, but I really don't want to get stuff everywhere. Nope, wouldn't do. So I touched as much as I could and ordered. She asked me what i wanted, i told her, i just told you 10 seconds ago... super pissed, she rang me up. Asked her for the bathroom. She said they don't give out, someone has to go unlock for me. So I waited. Walked in, it's a mess.. told a different guy that 1, if I hairless ti have a special unlocking to use, I expect it to be in excellent condition. He said it was just cleaned. If water and toilet paper on the floor, water and soap all over the counter and no toilet paper is "just cleaned", that's pretty bad. So I told them when I came out all what needed cleaned and replaced... I just got a dirty look... and they didn't even tell me when my food was up. Oh, and the digital soda machine, they are out of most syrups on both.
Don't bother coming unless it's the most convenient and last place. They are the worst here. Wendy's, you need new management here - btw, never this bad, but usually bad service/rude people behind...
