This place is horrible!! I asked for a paraffin pedicure and then pointed to it because the girl doing my pedicure was Hispanic and didnāt understand one word of English. I was trying to ask her not to trim them but no one was available to translate for her. She didnāt know what she was doing, then she tried to give me a gel pedicure and I kept saying no no no unlit one of the other Hispanic ladies had to turn around and tell her that I didnāt want a gel pedicure. So she had to file off the gel and the top layer of my toenails. She answered a phone call while she was doing my feet, which is so unprofessional!! Then after I told her twice and the other Hispanic nail technician told her that I wanted paraffin, she didnāt do it. She painted my toes way too thick, I knew they would never dry. Then the other lady asked her if she did my paraffin and she said no she forgot so she tried to do it while my nails were wet!! Anyone knows that isnāt going to end well. When she pulled off the wax, half of the polish that I sat for over 1 hour for her to polish was gone!! I asked a man that spoke English if he could get someone to tell her to just take the polish off because I didnāt have another hour for her to fix it. The owner came over and was talking to her in English telling her what she did wrong and how to fix it but she didnāt understand one word the owner said. Someone had to come and translate for her. And hour and forty five minutes later I was able to leave with no polish. A waste of time. They charged me full price and told me that they gave me a discount by not charging me for the polish. What polish? The one stuck to the wax?!? They donāt even have flip flops to let you leave in. I saw the lady beside me get her toes smeared because they put her socks and shoes on right after they finished her. She was upset that she was there for over an hour too. This place needs to close...

My water was cold for my pedicure and the first time I mentioned it, the guy ignored me, it was only after the second time one of the guys came over and made it warmer. My wife requested the Basic Pedicure and expected one price and was never asked about an upgrade for her polish, but was surprised at the end with a $10 upcharge and I had the Manicure / Pedicure package for $39 which is proudly & boldly displayed on their huge sign when you walk in, but was charged $46 and told that their prices had changed, $39 was the old price. Not at all happy about the upcharge and price increase with no prior knowledge. That's bad business. As for the cleanliness, it smelled like sewage inside the shop and we both noticed them using tools that honestly didn't look to be new, (one use), and discarded. The one guy showed me a package for my manicure and said look ....new, but the package looked dirty and when finished, he put the tool back in the package and back on his cart. We would never go back, and regret not walking out in the beginning and going elsewhere. After leaving and walking the mall, we noticed another nail salon downstairs that was busy, it appears that's where the locals go....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIm only giving the 1 star so i can post. My daughter & I went here last Monday 6/19/2023 to get our nails done (SNS), $53 for her. By Wednesday my daughter's nails started popping off. I couldn't bring her back at that time because I had to work so I came back today (She's lost 4 whole intact nails). The people call the managers on the phone then tell me that u should come back tomorrow & since it's been a week I'll have to pay. I told them to just soak her nails off because the rest were coming up & I'll pay for that but it wasn't right to have to pay again when the whole nail is coming off. They didn't even have to soak the nails off she just popped them up smh. Then I asked the 1st girl if she thought it was right that the nails just popped off & im supposed to pay again? She got an attitude talking about im just doing my job. I asked her did her job require her to not answer a customer's question. She then said no they shouldn't just pop off. They know it's wrong but dont wanna lose the money.....I won't spend another dime here & I don't recommend anybody...
