If I could rate NO stars I would!!! The most HORRIBLE, rude, inconsiderate, terrible service and nothing good I can really say. Went on lunch break, ordered promptly considering pushed for time, received drinks and thats all. Other customers who came in after who ordered after us, received their food and we still haven't seen nothing. A waitress came by tapped on table said food be out in a little bit, 20 minutes later, still NO food!!! Went to the cash register to ask for food to go, both girls at registered completely ignored us! We were finally told some lame excuse that they have different cooks to cook different things! Like really?!? So finally after standing waiting on someone to acknowledge us to pay so we could get back to work on time, still wanted to ignore and argue about payment. Tried eating a few minutes later, which food was cold, old, nasty, soggy and just tasted like been sitting for awhile, which was also NOT given any silverware to eat with either. Called to speak to a manager on duty, which was told manager was too busy to talk, then to the manager knows of the situation but was too busy to talk, after being put on hold MANY times!!! Finally was told from the waitress who continued to put me on hold to talk to this manager that could bring the food back up there now and she would switch it out. Seriously? Read moreA Disappointing Return to Frank's Pizza My recent visit to Frank's Pizza was a significant letdown, a stark contrast to the wonderful experiences I remember from years ago. It seems there might be new owners or a drastic change in management, as both the service and the food were shockingly poor. And for the grand total of $70 for a pizza, a house salad, mozzarella sticks, and three teas, it was an absolute rip-off. Upon arrival, the restaurant was packed, and we were quoted a 20-30 minute wait, which we accepted. However, once seated, it took a full 10 minutes for our waitress to even approach our table for a drink order. While she was pleasant, her appearance was rather sloppy, notably with a dirty bandaid on her thumb. The issues continued with the food. It took another 15 minutes to receive a simple house salad, which was served warm. The cheese was semi-melted, and the ranch dressing was watery and excessively salty. Our Frank's Special pizza finally arrived after about 30 minutes, but it was practically inedible. The crust was tough, and the entire pizza was incredibly greasy and salty. I couldn't finish it, and sadly, both my daughter and I felt sick after eating. It was my husband and I, we went during happy hour - our drinks should’ve been half off, we also went on a Thursday where pasta is supposed to be $2 off. For my husband and myself our bill was $113!!! Our waitress was wonderful but because she didn’t print our check until 7:02, they wouldn’t honor the half price promotion on our drinks, our appetizer came out with our meal, and they wouldn’t honor the $2 off pasta because according to the manager, the waitress who was new by the way, didn’t “ask them to honor the $2 off pasta promotion”! She shouldn’t have to ask. If you offer something on a specific day constantly, it should be automatic. When we did ask to speak to the manager she approached us with a nasty attitude. She told us they price their food based on what they pay for it. I’m sorry but there is no way they pay $18.95 for a salmon steak that fits in the palm of my hand or $20 for frozen ravioli! The manager in no way offered to make anything right, offered any suggestions to make us happy, she just had the nastiest attitude I’ve ever encountered with a manager.
