Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Danville

I would stay away from this store during lunch time or whenever Lauren is the manager. She is very rude and disrespectful and has no concern for customers, only for the bottom line. I had a sandwich that was made incorrectly by another store (Speedway) a reasonable distance away. They were incredibly nice btw... just made a mistake on my sandwich. I came into the Danville store to ask if they would handle the issue for me and the 2 younger employees were very happy to help me and even apologized for what had happened. I thanked them and even told them there was nothing to apologize for. The young man started to make my wrap for me when Lauren approached him and told him to stop immediately. She then approached me and informed me that they would not be fixing another stores mistake and if I wanted the wrap from them that I would have to pay for it...

Honestly not the best jimmy johns ive been to, didnt even wait for me to finish talking before they started making my sandwhich which having worked at a jimmy johns i get but cudve atleast been patient and put the extra stuff on before wrapping it like i asked bc i asked for extra sauce and they barely put any on also when i asked any questions or made a request the girl at the counter acted impatient and despite being asked to give me a min several times was still acting impatient, maybe its better service during the day but regardless they couldve atleast made my sandwhich right since the cashier was acting rude, will not b returning if i do im asking...

The food was great but the service was horrible. My daughter and I went just before closing (yes I’ve been in food service and know it’s a pain), we did not realize they were soon to close because hours are not posted on door. Online states they close at 10pm but they closed at 9. We ordered 3 sandwiches that were tasty but the lady at register kept her face in her phone til I asked are you ready? The gentleman making sandwiches kept giving us dirty looks and slamming our food around. The dish washer slammed his cup with no lid which made fluid fly out. Ugh, if looks could kill I wouldn’t be writing this review! Very uncomfortable...
