Ordered online for pick up. Drove in pick up time was 6:05pm-6:08pm. So we sat down and waited for our order to come out. We get the notification that its ready and wait 10 more minutes and got in line because our food still wasn't in the take out window. When we got to the front we were told it wasn't even in yet (they couldn't find our order) we read off the exact order and the order # was told our they didn't have the order. We read off the adress and confirmed we were in the right location.
We waited an hour in store to get our order. After an 11 hour drive and moving all day we just wanted something fast and filling. Instead we got to watch the 45-50 people that have walked in or drove thru get their food and leave happy and quickly. They came back and still couldn't find our order it took 3 people to find (1 being the manager on shift).the kid on register found it with the order # after doing some searching and They immediately started making our order. Apparently it was marked as done but never made or given to someone else.
Our soft drinks were flat and watered-down the sweet tea was old and bitter. I was going back and forth on if I was too harsh with my rating but it seems like we are not the only people that have had these exact same problems. It took us longer to get our food than if we just went to a sit down restaurant or if I had just unpacked the kitchen and cooked.

Ordered a 12 piece bucket with 2 large mashed potatoes and gravy 6 biscuits and a large Mac and cheese and also added another large Mac and cheese. Got home opened up the bag and discovered I had an 8 piece chicken 2mashed potatoes 1 small gravy 4 biscuits and 1 Mac and cheese. Called them numerous times and line was busy so I called the KFC that is located about 4miles away and the at this location told me he would call them and get back to me. Never got a call back. Highly passed! I think I'll just pull up to drive thru from here on out and when they ask "can I take your order" I'll just say give me whatever u want to that's what you are gonna do anyway. If these people don't want to work there and do their job they need to be terminated indefinitely. I'm gonna make a visit there tomorrow and explain this to them as I have examined it to you all that reads this...
Read moreFirst and foremost the employees on the Frontline of the operation are not experienced with menu and options. During my visit the menu stated one price and I was charged another, the general manager made that correction and down hill from there. After arriving at home I realized my order was incorrect, after ailing back 3 times the shift manager answered ( not the general manager) who is the one who processed the order incorrectly. All she did was make excuses of what was keyed in by the cashier and I placed the order back to the GM during the price change process. So did they both hear my order wrong or did you just make a mistake and not have the leadership skills to own your mistake.
