I've been in the area for business the last couple months and today could possibly have been my last visit. Over the past couple months I've ordered hashbrowns and they weren't in the bag twice, I always ask for very little ice in my soda and most of the time there is very little as ordered, but several times the cups 🥤 been so full all it took was three sips to drink most of the soda. Today, I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit and there was no egg on the biscuit once I opened the bag. Also, sometimes the food has tasted as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. The service is fast, but there's no way to see the menu prior to pulling up to the drive thru to order. I left a three because of some of the experiences and if there had been no issues I would have left five stars. Today as written was the worst because I wanted an egg and cheese biscuit and there was no egg, big disappointment...
Read moreIm sitting in buscuitville, highly upset, i ordered a pancake platter with turkey sausage, only to find out that they have no turkey sausage, do I ask for turkey bacon, and guess what🤔 they have no turkey bacon. So i order two short stacks with a side of eggs, they bring me two short stacks with a cup with both sides of eggs i guess my company and I would have to split the one cup, it seems like they would put the eggs for each order in separate cups, maybe they were running low on cups i dont know but I ended up letting mom have the eggs and I'll wait until I get home to eat. Oh did I mention that my wife ordered chicken and biscuit with a side of egg and gravy on top and that came back a chicken and egg biscuit. This is seriously ridiculous 🙄 probably won't be back. $30...
Read moreI'm not sure about the food but the service made me drive to a different one. I understand having an attendant outside taking orders because it speeds up the process but it needs work. I'm a new customer and don't know what's on the menu. The lady told me I couldn't drive up to the menu because it would cause the bell to ding. We told her we need a menu because we've never been here before. We were told there is no menu and we can just tell her what we want. We said we want to see the menu because we don't know. She said she can answer our questions but we couldn't drive up to the menu. This store loses our business due to this policy. Luckily, this didn't happen at the other store downtown because they would have lost our business...
