McDonald's — Restaurant in Danville

Extremely unprofessional&disrespectful people here. They say they're open until 2 AM here on Google and on their website. They even have a sign in front of the place that said open for drive thru. Tonight at 1 AM there were four of us sitting in the drive thru waiting to pick up doordash orders and online orders, a lot of us waited until 1:30 honking, knocking, waving, saying "ma'am are you guys closed? We're trying to pick up our orders" and as soon as they'd hear or see us they'd avoid eye contact then walk out of sight for a few minutes then come back right in front of the windows, right in front of our faces, wiping the equipment down but still not opening the windows to even tell us if they were going to give us the orders or not. They were literally inches from us and could hear all of us loud and clear but refused to say anything? Based on many reviews it seems like really close for orders at 12:30, not 2 AM. Why are they lying? So I just spent 40 minutes sitting there with both the woman at the first window and the man at the second window blatantly ignoring me and multiple others when I was trying to ask to pick up the order. They could've at least told all of us waiting that we could leave because they were refusing to fulfill orders. They should be taken off of doordash and disabled their mobile ordering during this time if they're not even open. How...

I’m a regular customer that gets coffee every morning, because I work graveyard shifts I often get food from here too so I do spend a lot every month at this Macdonald but the customers service is very bad , rude , uncooperative and after spending all this money monthly here when you ask them to give you a cup of hot water here they make such a big deal like they such a big corporation cannot afford to give out a cup of hot water they insult you badly through each window every person at the window will first look at you like why are u here to get anything get lost you can already tell they are not happy to see the customer that’s the body language then the language verbally is like awful they are rude and unhelpful this Macdonald should shut down if they are not ready to give customers what they need or have good customers service the business is about customers so it’s not like collect your check and go home and treat customers like they have come to beg for food and you’re doing a favor to customers, it’s totally a loosing business I’m taking my business to Starbucks will get my coffee from there no problem there customer service is so much better. I never waste my time writing reviews, but for this, I had to. I see a lot of bad reviews at this place about management, etc, but nothing much about the food. I went through the drive thru so I didn’t experience any manager service. However, I ordered a double quarter pounder, and right when I opened it, I was shocked. I thought “wow it looks exactly like it does in the picture for once. And the beef even look juicy and full of color and flavor.” Then I tried it… and good god was i right. I don’t know what McDonalds is doing differently now, but this is somehow the best McDonalds burger I’ve ever had. It somehow tasted alot like barbecued or grilled steak. My mom even said her nuggets tasted like they used to back in the day. I knew i had to try them. And again, she was right. I didn’t realize the nuggets had changed taste over the years.
