My mother and I had been faithful customers to this particular McDonaldās since we moved here and that is dedication for the past 5 years now. Every time we take a lunch break we stop here for our meal⦠these past few days we ordered from here. Our meal was NOT cooked right and was NOT cooked to order as requested! We still will be filing a complaint with Corporate office AND the lead manager! The attitudes of the current employees stink and this review will NOT change until otherwise treated differently. One of the days we went to the drive thru and we sat there for a while and another driver pulled to the other speaker and THEY WAS SERVED FIRST!! Isnāt it first come, first served?!
Update: 5/13/2023 - the images you see is some type of sauce or cream on my wrapper for my poorly wrapped sausage biscuit. The only reason I come through to this particular store is when Iām in a rush or hurry. Plus, thereās still employees that have attitude issues that need to be readjusted!! šÆšš½
Update: 5/16/23: This time we ordered Chicken Nuggets with Large Fries. They tasted like burnt oil. If this restaurant is āServSafeā qualified. These people would know that itās not appropriate or safe to cook food in recycled oil that should be frequently changed. It made us nauseous and we cannot and will not eat another bite of food from this particular restaurant unless things change!! This is pathetic and a shame!!!
Update: (2/3/25): We dropped by the drive thru at midnight because we were on our way home and needed some foodā¦. And I hadnāt even taken two bites of the double quarter pounder ordered and the meat was not cooked properly or fully. You do know you can give someone Salmonella illness and this company can be sued for any potential damages to the customers right?? Well, after this experience. We waited to put in our order at the drive through for over 20 mins bc the car in front of me was on hold for that long By the time we were done waiting for the car infront of us we had ordered online so she just went up to the window She gave me my her order but didn't do hers . Which was fine so she was explaining that it was a mc double and a fry w a Dr Pepper and she was like shutting the window on us as we were speaking while repeating I had to go back around behind ppl that were just now putting in orders..
Isn't order ahead an option for this reason ?
We really would've appreciated had she just told us to pull up and she would bring it out , or at least been nice enough to listen to us lol.
I know it's Mc Donald's and not a fine dining restaurant but I was so disappointed. Had it been a regular employee I wouldn't have been bent out of shape enough to write a review, but she's a manger so yeah, here I am !

Not only did the food look and smell old clearly not fresh but when I opened my bag, I also found a hair on my fries. That is beyond unacceptable.
