Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Danville

Went to the Rita’s tonight around 8:30 and there were two young boys there (teenage age) riding skate boards and being super annoying. After the young lady working helped everyone at the window she allowed the two boys to go inside and help themselves, one wasn’t wearing a shirt. Around 9:40pm a man pulled in with his young daughter and the girl closed the window even though closing wasn’t until 10:00. The guy knocked on the door and one of the said boys without his shirt on walked over to the door while rubbing his nipples to the customer. The young lady that was to be working turned him away even though they weren’t supposed to close until 10:00. Very poor choices were made and those boys should have never been allowed in there taking as much ice as they wanted without paying for it. Very very poor customer experience. Nope no more Rita’s for my family. As a traveler I eat Rita’s gelatis a few times a week for dessert. Today I downloaded the app and got a coupon for a free small ice, I would have rather a gelato not going to complain about free stuff or am I? There were very few flavors available. I told the lady that I have a free small coupon on the app that I am going to use and she got me my ice. She started to tell me what I owed but I reminded her that I had a free coupon on the app. She then said that it won’t work but tried scanning it anyway and it didn’t work so she tried doing it manually and it didn’t work. She said the problem has been going on for some time now. All the while I was eating the ice so it didn’t melt and then she said I need to pay $3.49 for my free ice. Went to get Ritas and was very disgusted with the lady serving us. She was sniffling and sneezing as she was making our icecream. We were very grossed out. After what we paid for our icecream we got home and threw it out because we did not want to eat it after what we saw. I would give the Danville Ritas no stars if I could. Never has many ice flavor options and they weigh your icecream and you don't get much for your money. I always loved Ritas but this Franchise went down the tubes and should be ashame...
