Wendy's — Restaurant in Danville

Wendy's on Riverside is absolutely ridiculous. Today, I had to put my order in twice at the drive-thru, and then when I got up to the window, she had the wrong order rung up (like completely wrong), so I had to tell her AGAIN twice more. I ordered two plain burgers and the woman asked me about onion tanglers, told her nothing on them, just plain. She said okay and yelled it to the people in the back. When I got to the second window, they didn't even greet me, just handed me my food. I checked it at the window and of course they were not correct. A guy came up and opened the window and just stood there staring at me. I told him it was wrong and he just grabbed the burger and walked away. He came back a minute later with the corrected burger and then just shut the window. I did not get an apology, a thank you, not even a greeting!! I had sworn off Wendy's for a really long time because of their awful customer service and their ability to mess up my order on every visit. Now after finally visiting again, I had the same poor experience that I'm used to. I will never be returning to this Wendy's again. The least you can do is apologize for your constant mistakes. Every person I've ever dealt with at this location is incredibly rude and unhelpful. I really hope they can get it together so people don't have to continue to deal with these incessant mess ups. What an incredibly terrible way to spend twenty minutes of my hour lunch break....

Came in the door at 4:48pm to eat me and my husband and the African American girl with long braids was busy talking to someone else with a kid that walked in the door and said hold on. So we waited and she said still standing not behind the register asked dine in or take out and we looked over at her and she repeated it and we didn't know she was talking to us since she didn't sat hi or how can I help you or okay thanks for waiting dine in or take out and she wasn't at the register so we finally figured out she was talking to us so we said dine in. We'll I have health issues with histamine and asked for my fries and nuggets fresh cooked to order and she said it to manager and they said we'll we got nuggets down that will be fresh and I said I needed the fries fresh also and she told the African American manager and they laughed at us and manager responds like I said and they continued laughing. So me and my husband said never mind and walked out. Very disrespectful!!!! I am white and my husband is African American and my husband said they were probably racist. Just a shame to have these people in here act like that towards customers. I will never stop here again! I recommend other people to take your money elsewhere! Stay away from these rude workers!! I will be contacting corporate also about this issue! We felt not welcomed as soon as we walked...

Normally doing today it's a pretty good pick for lunch for me anyway I didn't used to come to this one I just recently started coming to this one this year round about summer not sure why and maybe because I doordash and this is the one I usually get for some reason anyway I experienced something a couple of nights pretty much the second night I was done with this store not going to be ordered anything else yes there was something in my food it was a piece of hair not cool I called him back they said it would get me a free chicken sandwich and what not the lady on duty but to me it seems like it's so laid-back at night nobody's really monitoring them they're doing whatever at night not to leave a bad review for them but business is supposed to be a business whatever time that I come what if I'm mom needed something for her child that night and that was the only restaurant that was open would you serve me food would hair to my child/me/anybody? Anyway during the day like I said pretty good never have any problems during the day and evening night time just about 11 not sure if this is going to be my pick ever again anyway maybe...
