Was not very happy with Wendy's as I did a late night food run for myself, husband and a friend. While ordering I felt like the young gentlemen that was taking my order was rushing me to finish placing my order, gotten to second window after paying for the meals I had sat in my car waiting for at least good 15 mins for my order to be handed to me. While waiting I haf noticed through the window the young gentlemen that was working the sec window was absolutely goofing off and was so load with laughing that I could hear him through the window which was closed at the time. When he finally came to the window to finally had me my order I had notice the one bag that had chili in it was wet from the chili being placed in the bag side was so it ended up leaking and the bag being rips at the one button corner bc of it seaping threw n notice in the other bag that there was no med fries that would have came with my meal but yet something called the baconator fries instead. Looked at my receipt n seen that the guy haf charged me for these baconator fries which I never once said anything along those lines. So order screwed up along with a messy ordered handed to me. I had mentioned to the guy at the window how the first guy messed my ordered up n charged me for something i never asked for neither n that I would still like the med fry that goes with my meal. Then in the time of him to get the fries for me he then was gonna hand me the fries out the window with out being in a bag. The worst experience ive ever had at Wendy's and very immature staff due to them goofing off instead of doing their job by attending to the customers. Also the bad thing bout all this the managor that was in charge at this time was also apart of this whole not doing their job instead of wanting to goof off and avt like a bunch of idiots. Thats one managor that shouldnt be in changer if hes not going to do his job the right way by making sure his shift runs smoothly. Very disappointed n not satisfied with the experience n food...
Read moreI was at the Danville Pa Wendy’s drive through to order one item - a small strawberry chicken salad, no drinks , no desserts. There was a pick up truck in front of me with a very large order . I was under the assumption as in the past that if an order was large and/ or time consuming and there were customers behind them in line, that they were asked to pull ahead & the order being brought out to them . The manager on duty at the time was Josh P. After 7 minutes of waiting with exhaust from the oversized engine , I caught the attention of the person at the window who took my order and money . I asked if there was an equipment problem , or if the order before me was large . After checking he kindly came back ( 10 minutes had now gone by) and handed me my salad and confirmed that the order before mine was very large . I thanked him and left but then phoned the manager on duty , Josh, to ask about this issue - and whether or not the truck should have been asked to pull ahead . He rudely said they do not do that anymore ! I asked what a customer is to do when waiting for a small simple order behind someone with a very time- consuming one and he said “ we take every order as it comes “. Read moreStopped by this restaurant early evening hours on 7/20. When we sat down at our table we saw fluid leaking from the trash receptacle in the dining room onto the floor. There was a puddle in front of the trash receptacle. We immediately let the staff know. The shift manager loudly told the staff that this is why we double bag. Husband ordered a taco salad & an extra chili. Chili was luke warm at best. Normally the chili is so hot that you have to wait for it to cool before eating it. Husband started eating it & realized the ground beef in the chili was raw. Showed this to the guy at the register. Initially he tried to say it was a bean & then he changed his tune & said it was just that color because of the sauce. (it was the color & texture of raw ground beef) Shift manager then got involved. Agreed the ground beef was raw. We were told they had to make a 2nd batch of chili as the 1st batch got contaminated when a bag leaked into the pot of chili. Shift manager loudly corrected the staff.
