Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Daphne

I love Zaxby's. The food is great. They for years now cannot seem to figure out a system to give my family the sauce we request. Doesn't matter if I have it delivered and have ticked boxes indicating what sauces I would like or if I order in person. I have decided at this point to do it in person so I can personally check. So no more delivery. Unfortunately today it was storming and they had me pull into a parking spot to accept my food and I didn't check the sauces because me and my food were wet and I was aggravated and just left. I did think the sauces would be correct today because they charged me for each individual sauce even though my meals come with two sauces a piece. I just want Zax sauce and honey mustard but the employees obviously get commission for pushing ranch. It's the only logical explanation. So I get home and no honey mustard of course. I did have Zax sauce but they made me pay for Zax sauce and honey mustard. All together with the two sauces that come with the meal-there were two meals, so four sauces, and the four sauces they charged me for I should have had eight sauces. Which is way too many but I don't do it they did. I only had four sauces in the bag. Two ranch and two Zax. Which is what comes standard with the meal. So I paid for four sauces and got none of the four sauces I paid for. And nobody in my family eats ranch so they all went in the garbage. Please figure out a new system for sauces. It's beyond aggravating at this point. Why even offer and sauce other than Zax and ranch if you refuse to give me what I would like with my meal. This has been a problem for years and it doesn't matter what location I go to in my area. Same result. I truly...

The Zaxbys in Daphne on 98 is probably the worse food I've ever ate. We ordered to 2 kickin' chicken meals with a side of fried pickles and a side of veggie egg rolls. It was at 3:43 on 11-6-24. We were asked to pull up and it would be brought out. There was no other customers but 1 behind us. They brought the food out at 3:59. I was getting out, to go in and get my money back when she came out the door. The kickin' chicken bread was buttered and soft and was not toasted. It had like a half a teaspoon of ranch on it and maybe a teaspoon of hot sauce. Literally the ratio of butter to ranch and hot sauce was a 10 to 1 ratio That being butter at the 10. Everything fried tasted like the grease had not been changed in a week or longer. Just horrible horrible food. It isn't fit to feed my dog. To sit as long as we did to receive this..is uncalled for. I mean what did they do all that time. Cause this was thrown together. It was not even hot. This was my favorite fast food restaurant, but this location,...I'm just speechless that management would let this go out the door. Corporate better do something about this location. Terrible will not be back ever. about 10 minutes before closing ordered spicy fried mushrooms in 5 boneless wings plain with teriyaki in wimpy on the side the first time they remade my wings because they were cold and they forgot to add the Wimpy sauce in the Box the second time they remade the wings they put the Wimpy sauce on the wings that is not how I ordered them the third time they make the wings they made them find they were hot I had both of my cups of sauce forgot the celery sticks I left it alone at that point and then my wife had the spicy fried mushrooms they were all stuck together and they look like dog food be cautious when you go to the Zaxby's please be sure to check your food before you leave.
