genoa pizza & grill — Restaurant in Darby Township

Last week ordered 2 medium pizzas, one plain and one pepperoni, with a 2 liter bottle of soda, and a small Greek pizza. My order took an hour and 15 minutes to get here. By then the pizza wasn't even hot, I called twice wondering where my pizza was and they said I should have gotten it. I called back again and they hung up on me. I called back they said it was at my door, I was standing at my door and nothing was there. Finally I got my pizzas came. Now today ordered a Plain Cheeseburger, a Bacon Cheeseburger, a small Greek Pizza and Fries. The girl messed up the order and I had to call back, she forgot the plain cheeseburger. I should have gotten that for nothing since they messed up my orders in 2 weeks. I think I am going to find another pizza place that makes Greek...

I got a menu in the mail on Thursday I ordered Friday night I got a pizza chicken finger platter fries and a cheeseburger.. spaghetti and meatballs: everything was pretty good wasn’t a big fan on the burger or meatballs but other than that the fries were really good!! The white pizza was delicious. The crust is nice and thick. everything was really good. and everything was made properly the way we had asked it to be! We ended up ordering again tonight we got cheesesteak mild wings a meat lovers pizza and the mini taco. I really really hate like really hate ordering from restaurants before they close. Because they never get your order right, I mean I get it long day long shift. Brain fried from the umpteenth cheese steak order but this is way off. And the reason I hate ordering before they close, who will you complain to. I'm really tempted to hold this order and bring it first thing in the morning for my refund. Nowhere on this do you see ketchup and mustard. But I drive a truck and the gas it will cost to drive to this store, just to hear lame excuses and maybe reasons on why I can't be refunded my money. Maybe the street cats will like the meat, and the birds may like ketchup and mustard flavor...
