I used to go here every single day. The staff is terrible they usually treat me really well but today they embarrassed me. My card said communication error so I decided to use cash instead. I gave them a 100 dollar bill and they thought it was fake and asked for another form of payment. I told them that it is real and that it’s just old. So they took it to a different store to get it checked and it turned out it’s real. they made me wait 30 minutes and they embarrassed me in front of everyone just to make sure that my 100 is real. They made me feel like I was trying to scam them. as workers they should be able to tell the difference between real and fake money and embarrassing someone like that is disgusting and unacceptable. And to lie and tell me that it’s FAKE when they got proved wrong that it’s REAL after taking it somewhere else is also unacceptable. What a disgusting place. You make people hate...

Terrible place. I ordered online a dozen donuts. Nothing was said to be unavailable but when I came in they told me that they didn't have 3 of the donuts I ordered multiple times. I told them I wanted a refund but they told me since I didn't have my card they refused to and made me choose donuts I wasn't interested in. They could clearly see I was upset and did nothing about it. What makes me even more mad was that they didn't say anything about how they were out of it before I had made the order. We walked into the store asked for 1 coffee roll and 1 chocolate frosted.The cashier who rang us up was salmon. She goes to get the chocolate donut and comes back with it. We asked where’s the coffee roll? She replies stating the coffee roll is extra “it costs more.“ we replied saying “ring it up we still want it” she continues to make an excuse of why it costs more.
