Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Darien

They commented and addressed my concern. I wish them the best in the future. I definitely like this franchise so I will be continuing business with them.

Previous Review 1/5 stars Well this is a famous Nothing Bundt Cakes just as any of them are the cakes are fantastic. I took 4 stars off my review because they are not answering their phones. They're voice mail box is also full and so there is no way for the workers to call back once they're free. If this ever becomes fixed I will change my review to 5 stars.

I had to call twice within the last hour of them closing for them to pick up.

I just don't see that as acceptable business practice if they want to retain customers. I nearly canceled my order because I could not...

So funny thing. I ordered a dozen bundtlets and then panicked at the last minute and added 1 more. The young lady who was waiting on me forgot to charge me and add it to my package. I was in a hurry and didn't double check. I got home and found no extra bundtlet? So I called explained the situation and Katie (manager) drove to my house (all the way across town)! She gave me the extra bundtlet AND she gave us a dozen bundtinis for my trouble!!!

Our whole family already loves the cakes (and frosting- Yummo). And now we can rave about how well they take care of their customers! Thank you for going...

I have nothing but great things to say about this place!! We ordered a cake online for my mom's birthday and when I say everyone LOVED it I mean it was the center of our conversation the whole time we were eating it. We got a funfetti cake with traditional frosting with the cele"bundt"ing you decorations and it was AMAZING! The store itself, which I had never been to before, was so cute and welcoming and they had so many cards and gifts and candles - I was blown away!
