When I first started coming here the food was good. I would usually always have the fries and chicken. I especially liked the biscuits. Recently my view has changed. One day I wanted a side of corn and I was told they were out. Ok no big deal still no corn 2 months later. Just the other day, I went and spent almost $20 in food and it was terrible. The rice was really dry and was not ver warm, the ripin chicken was just like over done and the Mac and cheese seems to be all cheese and hardly any noodles. Another thing I noticed was the people can never seem to get the orders right. I asked for my drink with no ice I got ice I asked for chicken legs and I got no chicken legs. I called corporate and told them what happened and they said they were sorry and going to reach out to the restaurant to clear it up. Almost a week later I hear nothing so I call the restaurant. It took a while but I think a manager named Roberto said to come in with my receipt which I still had after I told him I reached out to corporate. He told me I would be able to get a credit or replace the whole order. I said ok and went to the store. I get there and told the manager I had spoken to him on the phone and he seemed really confused and acted like nothing happened. He rudely said whatâs wrong and did you call the day of. I said I called corporate and they were supposed to have you guys reach out. I told him my order was not made very well and he sees to argue with me about wether or not it was bad. I told him the chicken was bad and he seemed to act like it there is no way anything could be wrong. He was kinda screaming and threw a bunch of chicken in a box and slapped it on the table. I never got my sides replaced which I told him did not taste good. Donât come here if you want good service and food. I can tell he is not a good manager and has never heard the term the customer is always right and I think he doesnât understand that sometimes there are problems and all the customer wants is some better food. If someone has an issue you better treat them bette then ever because they are the ones paying you. Hopefully it get bette but they lost my business all because they have bad attitudes.

It has been over 2 months since I had a bad experience at this location and it has been awful dealing with this. Firstly corporate seems to be no help it took them months of calling and asking before they even reached out to the store. The service at all levels is terrible. I finally got in touch with Oswaldo who is the general manager. I told him about the experience I had and he said he would be able to give me a food credit. I told corporate I didnât want to talk to the rude manager Oswaldo and they offered no solution to my problem. They said a service review team would take care of it but they never did they just told me to go back to the store. That was extremely lazy for them to do. So I called Oswaldo back and he told me he would make sure the managers know about my issue and I would be able to get a refund. I went back into the store a day later and the manager there told me he never said anything to them. I called back a second time and he said he would make sure he would tell the other managers. This happened one week later. I went back again HE DIDN'T TELL THE AFTER I ASKED TWICE. This is absolutely unacceptable. I went in multiple times with my receipt and nobody has been able to help me.    Read moreI've been coming to this Popeye's for years since it was first built in 1993 and worked here while in high school, but with these new owners, I've come only twice. Since 1993, old owners and management allowed dark meat only with coupons and were always flexible and accommodating. First time with these new owners, they said no substitutions/special requests with coupons. I asked if this was something new and they said yes. I asked why because I was confused and lady had broken English and I never saw her here before so I assumed she was new here and maybe didn't know they allowed this. I asked for a manager because this was never an issue and she said our family are new owners and not accepting special requests with coupons, so I left. My family really wanted Popeyes another time, so I came and asked about dark meat again and they said the same thing as previously so I just took the coupon order for family meal as it came, but with kids that don't eat white meat it was a waste and the chicken didn't taste the same as usual. I never order anything more than the chicken meal, but the shrimp meal looked so good on the menu so I asked for the 1/4 lb shrimp meal for $8 too. Omg! I was appalled at the tiny salad sized shrimp. This meal is basically $1 per shrimp đ!?! This is sad to be considered a meal. I never went back after this and don't plan on eating at this restaurant under its new ownership.    Read moreI don't know what happened to this location. I've been coming here since they first opened and they used to always be amazing at their meals and service. Tonight was just plain terrible. I ordered my usual chicken tenders meal and they didn't even ask me if I wanted any sauce at the drive thru. When I pulled up to speak with them directly, I asked for sauce to which the lady said I told her I didn't want any sauce so I told her I was never asked. She pulls the bag before I get to checking it and comes back to give me the bag. I pull up and double check- STILL NO SAUCE AT ALL!
I don't know what happened to make her think I didn't want sauce when I told her I wanted sauce and which kind, but I wait till there aren't any cars behind me and pull back AGAIN ASKING FOR SAUCE to which she says AGAIN that I said I didn't want any!
I thought she was pulling the bag away to put the proper sauce and instead she took out whatever sauce she might've put in there which she never asked me what sauce I'd like to begin with. What is wrong with the people that work here??? They don't listen to what the customer is asking the first time! This is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous and AWFUL customer service!
Not to mention- the spicy chicken WAS SO SALTY I was drinking TONS of liquids so much that I had to use the washroom 4 times in just 5 hours!...
