Burger King — Restaurant in Dartmouth

Editing Review on 7/12/19 to say... I really reallllyyyy like the tacos!!! I don't how they did it, but the shell stayed CRISPY all the way til I got home, got everything settled and finally sat to eat, and right til the last bite! Which was a true test of crunch power, and not on my part, with time!

What I mean by that is.... When I normally get tacos from TACO BELL, I have to flyyyy home, RUN across the parking lot, then up 2 flights of stairs with bag swinging and me praying it doesn't break (happened twice already from TB) & soda in other hand which I'm trying NOT to shake so it won't go flat (has happened with Mcds.), unbag everything while flipping shoes off, hanging keys,, & putting my bags down. If I am NOT fast enough, and I never am, well let me tell you, it will No longer be crunchy tacos I am happily sinking my teeth into... What it will be is a sopping, disgusting, soggy mess of what WAS once a crunchy tortilla, except somehow it has disintegrated into nothing. And I mean nothing, it's gone, and everything just falls thru the bottom, bc there IS NO bottom. And, bc of that, I either skip TB all together, or have to settle for a soft shell, which will also be a bit soggy.

So, when I saw the YT Chnl The Report Of The Week was doing a review on BK Tacos, at first I was like Whaaaat?! That sounds.... Gross! Lol! However, when he talked about it, and then ate it and I saw.. Or heard...how crunchy it STILL was, I was intrigued. Then, when he gave his thoughts on it (all good) ... He was barely finished with his vid and I was already at the door, ready to roll! I was really impressed with the whole thing. I got 2 and they were very very crunchy! The meat was tasty and the sauce gave it a little extra punch. Not too spicy, not bland. Now, why can't TB get it right?? They are a TACO place! It's not called the Soggy Taco. Lol, that sounds just wrong, & should totally be called that.

Just one little suggestion... The option to add tomatoes and sour cream.. Even if the sour cream was on the side & a little extra, I'd pay it! Please keep the One Buck Taco as a regular menu item please, don't be like Mcds and cancel something that people like so it's a bigger rush to 'get it before it's gone'... Thanks!! Ok, that's 3 suggestions, lol!

Customer service, muh. Sloppy with their sandwiches and takes a long time to get your order ready. Self service soda machine that looks like it hasnt been working correctly for years. Seems like the staff does not care. Update* 8/11/23 STAY AWAY! Horribly run franchise. I will never go back to this location I don't care about the convenience anymore. I waited over 20 minutes at the drive-thru with the most basic easy order, no specialty items and I still had to go back into the building for something they forgot. The fries were half burnt and half stale the onion rings were rocks it was literally burnt! How can someone in the food industry serve that without any thought. Unfortunately seems like the management for this location has no shame and don't care so why would the employees. The whole order was sloppily made and was enough for me to say this restaurant site will be lucky to be up and running for another year. Burgers are not 50 cents each anymore and families cannot afford to spend their hard earned money in places were they serve disgusting food. I get it its fast food, however, to still screw it up and not care shows everyone's contempt for your customers. The owner of this location wake up...

Ordered drive thru, A #1 meal (A whopper) with a large onion rings and a Diet Coke with zesty sauce for the onion rings and the 8 piece nuggets. The lady asked if I’d like to add two chocolate chip cookies for $1 I said sure! It came out to $19 and some change which is kinda crazy for fast food but I just got off an eleven hour shift and I’m starving, This was the closest fast food open. They ask me to pull up and wait, I did, A young man brings me my food, Something told me to check the bag but I didn’t want to hold anyone up. Plus, It’s not like I ordered much. During my drive home I’m eating the chicken nuggets that taste like cardboard, With my hand in the bag I felt around but couldn’t find the cookies. I figured they were under the burger or something? I grab an onion ring, They’re wet and cold. Okay great. At least they gave me my zesty sauce. I get home, My burger is also cold and the lettuce is so soggy you’d think the burger was from yesterday. I only live a few minutes away. No cookies in the bag either 😞 I ate everything because I just spent basically $20 on it and I’m really hungry but Jesus. That was my first and last time at this location. Nothing was hot, And I really wanted those...
