Dunkin' — Restaurant in Dartmouth

First of all i don't know where to start. I always order this Dunkin and it is severally mid. But it's the closest one to my house therefore I'll go. My last trip was about 8 minutes ago. Two females or males not sure of the gender there. But they made two mango refreshers? Why a ? BC THAT DOES NOT Taste right at all. The store was completely empty just me and the workers. Drive thru was empty as well. Took a full song for us to fully be able to drive up to the window with it ready. When me and my girlfriend got hope we couldn't decide which one had green tea or lemonade which is already a terrible start IN ADDITION THERE WERE NO STICKERS ON THE DRINK. SO WE GOT TWO ORANGE COLORED DRINKS THAT BOTH DON'T EVEN TASTE LIKE A REGULAR...

So I just ordered 2 strawberry donuts and 4 glaze. The glaze was fine but when we got to the window the lady gave me 2 chocolate frosted instead of strawberry which isn’t a problem I told her what I ordered and she took the 2 chocolate glazed out of the bag and put them back on the shelf for the next customer. Considering we’re still in a pandemic i would have rather paid for the other donut than risk giving it to another person when I had already touched the donuts when I opened the bag to check in the first place. Lmao I don’t have germs but god for bid anything happened with cross contamination... I wouldn’t recommend anyone stoping at this Dunkin...

Yet another NO LESS than 20 minutes process to get through the drive thu on any given morning. You'd think the drive thru would be IN AND OUT... Most places it is, not Dunkin. Do not stop if you don't have 30 minutes to waste. It's crazy that they can't get 4 cars thru in under 20 minutes unless it's SUPER late at night. And then you run into "the ovens are off for cleaning" here an hour or more before closing. So, no wait, but no toasted food either. It's sickening. If I didn't have a gift card from Christmas, I...
