Ok first I visited the T-Mobile inside the mall near toy vault not near Panera bread. I needed a new phone I have been using a 6 for years...I went in with an open mind Looking to upgrade and get a new phone.The guy working named Igor was very informative,nice,respectful and all you could ask for. He didnāt try to pursuade me to get a certain phone . Igor laid out my options and he helped me Get a new phone Glass Protector and a case . I recommend coming here. Igor took care of me he was great! heās a great young man and I wish him the best and heās an asset to T-Mobile and anywhere else he ends up in the future. The other guy There name jarryd was also really nice as he spoke to us while we were waiting for the phone to be ready. Thanks Igor my new phone rocks! As I approached the two workers Yolanda and Yariz, I was told that nothing could be done for me. A month prior John had helped me switch over to T-Mobile. My license has been expired, but just because the registry hadnāt sent my new license yet. Needless to say, I walked out with no phone, and I let the ladies know that I would have no access to any 911 calls in case of emergency. I can tell you with certainty, that I will never be visiting that store again. I went to T-Mobile on Mount Pleasant Street and got the most amazing service from Kelly. Iāll never go there again. Get a new job, if youāre not skilled in customer service....

Phone lines were added without consent. Fraud was done on my husbands account and this store Has yet to have a manager call me back or resolve the situation. I have spent more time on the phone with customer service with no help and I am absolutely so upset and so disappointed. We feel threatened and harassed by an employee at this T-Mobile that has been trying to intimidate us. DO NOT trust these people with your phones to have access to your personal information because your confidentiality will be breached , as well as them letting absolutely anybody speak as a user on...
