Terrible over all. Brought my ring back in may for cleaning. Found out it had a diamond missing. They sent it out, waited 2 weeks like they said. Called to find an eta on the ring. They couldnt find our account than couldnt find any info. Stated it be few more weeks. Finally around june it was done. The bf went to pick it up i was in a hair apt. When i got it, where the said diamond was replaced. It was all melted and burn marks on the ring. So he brought it back next day, and everyone at store level agreed that it was beyond fixable. Told us to call corporate to see what can be done. Store manager and employess said nothing they can do. Called corporate filed a claim. Ended up coming down to having pay for another ring at a small discount, when it should have been free. They shipped the new ring out to get sized. Called again find out when ring would be done, to get another we cant find your account and it hasnt even been sized. We finally get it i noticed it is flat on the bottom where they cut it and look like sanded it. So ring isnt round at all and also it is rough. At this point im done and dont want go back and say anything. Because this is just crap service already. It is such a shame how the service with whoever works on the ring to people in corporate and at store level. I know from working with retail and customer service this should have been handled differently. Also it is a shame since they carry disney treasures, my favorite, but i will no longer buy anything from kays or zales or anyone who is part of signet jewlers. That is all. Have the day that...

She and the other associates greeted me very kindly as I walked in the store... I had a very rude experience at another store earlier in the same mall and was basically ignored and I decided to try Kay's instead.... I am extremely happy with my purchase of my new Movado Bold watch and the way that Katie went out of the way that I got a great deal... I'm the kind of person that will complement someone who deserves it and I certainly have nothing but complements for Katie... It must be checking accounts and they want all of your info or else they charge you $9 to use your debit card the easy way.. not all of us are computer nerds... this $9 a month fee will make me never return to your store. Things like this is why i stopped coming a decade ago. Same ol tricks, nothing transparent in that store nor even the stones!
Ps. They are also the same as Jared and zales... they use different names to keep the "classes" seperate.. don't believe me? Go on each website and look at the exact setup on each... they are an umbrella company that tricks you into their jewelry. Watch the commercials, they all act like they are fighting for position when they are the exact same stores.
