Overall service, quality and quantity of food has fallen off. Workers cannot communicate or handle multiple orders at one time as evidenced by many errors made when ordering 3 burritos for my family. Presentation of food was awful. I have even tried ordering ahead online just to be as disappointed as not one of the burritos were correctly made. Infact one burrito only had chicken rice and beans with none of the extras I paid for when ordering on line. We will not return. Very unfortunate as this was a restaurant was convenient and was healthy in a sense of “quick and healthier take out meals” for my family. I have been disappointed both online and in person giving this the last chance to make my decision to never eat there again. Not to mention the lobby at one point in time was very clean. This last time we went in we decided to carry out because all the tables were dirty, no one available to clean them and not to mention there was only one table being occupied by family so it’s not like it was busy. I will also make a remark in regards to bathroom. We live out of town so this was our place to sit down eat use restroom etc when coming in town to run errands shop etc… the women’s bathroom had a sanitizer bottle with a dirty was rag on the sink counter. The cleaning “caddy” was parked outside of bathroom with dirty mop water and what appeared to be more dirty wash rags…. Really hope those weren’t to be used for both bathroom cleaning and cleaning of the lobby. And last but certainly not least… my son found a very long dark colored hair in his burrito which in turn made me vomit mine…. I need to mention the gentleman preparing our burritos was bald. (We have blonde hair) where that hair came from is a mystery. Let’s just say after that I ended up vomiting my $14 burrito because I was very grossed out. If it weren’t for my youngest son begging me to “mom just give it one more chance” we would never have stayed…. After this experience I don’t think he will beg for us to ever eat there...
Read moreOrdered online for pick up. When we were about to start eating I realized all the food was missing the veggie fajita mix. I went back to the store so they could add the missing ingredients.
The woman at the counter had an attitude immediately and when I told her every item we ordered was missing the veggie mix I got a a snappy reply " Well that's because we don't have any." Umm okay well I wouldn't have went here if I knew I wasn't going to get what I paid for.
The employees didn't want to mention every item we ordered was wrong due to missing the veggie fajita mix.. but they made the order anyway. We didn't gwt sorry or anything just attitude. Now we all have something we didn't order and it was expensive. You shouldn't make an order that isn't complete in the hopes the customer won't notice until they are far away. That's just rediculous.
And seeing as they won't have any veggies for at least the rest of the night, anyone ordering online getting the fajita veggie mix will be pretty disappointed when they get home to realize they paid for an incomplete order. I'd like to mention they were apparently out of this ingredient for hours before I ordered.
Now I have to go buy ingredients and cook to fix the food we got. I was trying to avoid cooking tonight due to being exhausted but I'll have to cook now.. Which defeated the purpose of going here in the first place!

Read moreEdit 12/01/19: So, I got food poisoning after eating food from this location. I'm not sure if it was the meat or the veggies but something was wrong with it and I became ill. I'll probably never eat chipotle again because once you see it coming back up it's not all that appetizing anymore. I used to love chipotle but now I don't think I can stomach it anymore.
I love chipotle, I love the food and the options. It's a little pricey but I'm willing to pay it. The only thing is, when I order tacos, and pay like $2.50 extra for guac, I would like guac on my tacos. Whoever made my delivery order today didn't do that. I dont blame the guy over the phone for there not being guac on the tacos I had delivered, I dont blame the delivery person. I'm not even all that mad about it. I was able to get a speedy refund and the tacos where fine. That's being said, please please please make sure that orders have what was payed for on them before you send them out, especially if one of the items on them is an extra charge.
