Sorry to say, this establishment used to be good years ago. No longer the case! Half the amount of meat and toppings and of course the prices have gone up a lot more. I suggest if you try it, make sure you order it standing there and watching what they're doing because if you call and order over the phone you can be sure they will leave out everything you ask for. Customer service is poor. If you tell them what your order should include and after going over it three times on the phone and they still get it incorrect, they'll tell you to bring it back like all I have to do is run back and forth returning my lunch. No compensation Just a sorry, we'll do better next time.... Sorry this coming from the owner I find shameful. Won't be returning or referring people to this establishment any longer... Oh and excuse me but if this only happened one time I wouldn't bother writing this review but it's happened to multiple times so I feel I should have been compensated and...

Disabled father went here for a 2 subs had everything pre written down for them.

When he got home there were zero condiments and toppings on one of the subs.

When my father called back and talked to the manager to ask if he could just get credit for one sandwich he refused.

Manager asked for my father to return, but my father was unwilling because he is literally in a walker 10 minutes just to get to the car from our front door.

of course, I was unable to help because I work three jobs to support my elderly parents.

They were very unsympathetic to our situation and basically threw up their hands and said oh “well if you can’t come back then it is what it is we’re not doing any credit “

So now we just got to the Jersey Mike’s closer...
