The Wild Mug welcomed my family warmly, even when we were momentarily distracted upon entering. The sight of their vast selection of empanadas, muffins, and desserts immediately captured our attention. Among the delicious treats we sampled were hot and iced matcha lattes, lightly sweetened to perfection, a birthday cake muffin, an Oreo cake, and a mouthwatering sausage and egg empanada.
The service at The Wild Mug was exceptional - the trays were consistently stocked with warm and fresh goodies, creating an inviting aroma that drew us in from outside. The cafe's clean and serene atmosphere, coupled with the efficiency of the staff, made our visit truly enjoyable.
I couldn't resist capturing the charming entrance and our beautifully crafted drinks in photos and videos. The presentation of the food and drinks was as delightful as their taste.
We are already looking forward to returning to The Wild Mug to explore more of their offerings, particularly the empanadas. The one we tried disappeared so quickly that we didn't even manage to snap a photo before it was devoured. Each of us wished we had ordered two, a testament to how much we...
Read moreSmall delightful coffee shop. Iâve been several times. Comfortable atmosphere. Good muffins. Amazing empanadas. I believe they are Salteñas. Sorry if I spelled that wrong. Salteñas are Bolivian empanadas. My favorites are beef bolognese, country chicken, spinach and cheese, and margarita. Honestly, not a fan of their traditional beef one, but the others draw me in often. I havenât tried them all yet, but Iâm working my way through. Their cakes are delicious also. They are loaf cake slices. Vanilla is worth the visit all by itself. I find myself stoping by on my way home from work from time to time just for a slice of the Vanilla cake (more like funfetti) or a beef bolognese empanada. This is one of my favorite spots to visit. I asked and the best part is itâs all made in-house. The owner makes the empanadas and muffins to my understanding and some of the pastries (havenât tried them all yet), and the cakes are made in-house by an outside baker who uses their kitchen so to me thatâs all in-house. Everything tastes consistent...
Read moreSaw this coffee shop as I awaited on another shop to open. Said what the heck. It looks good and I could use a drink. Beautifully decorated and presented. The facilities were nice and clean as well. Empanadas and baked goods were displayed nicely and deliciously. The soft sounds of music made me rethink if I should take this order to go. Alas, I did have to go. I ordered an iced latte and a spicy beef empanadas. They warmed up the empanadas as they made my drink. It was well made and very tasty. The latte was good and refreshing as well. Service was quick and friendly, and a smile was given for every interaction. I really liked this place. Prices....eh, not so much. A little high for empanadas at $5.95 each. Plus, the iced latte with almond milk came out to over $13. I think it's maybe $5 too high, but again, it is a high-quality place. Extras cost extra $$$, so be sure you realize what you are ordering. They don't tell you which options cost extra as you order, but they are listed on the menu above....
