Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Davie

My gf and i were going to watch the NBA finals at a friends house so i Ordered 2 $5 pizza deals online for pickup and order placed at 8:11pm. Online it didnt give me the option as to how i wanted my pizza baked or a comments section. So i called the store maybe 4 min after my order was placed so they could receive it online or whatever. I asked the gentleman if they could bake our pizzas well done. He said that he made the notation. The email confirmation said the pizza would be ready by 8:35pm. I arrived around that time and paid for my pizza and the guy(didnt get his name) said it would be ready in a few minutes. He even went to the kitchen and yelled my name to kitchen staff.

About 10 min go by and another guy(Jose) came and asked if i was already helped and asked for my name. I said yes and Joel. He went to go check on my order in the kitchen and from what i heard they hadnt even started making my pizzas yet. The girl in the kitchen seemed surprised as if she didn't know what time or year it was and that she actually worked in a pizza place and actually had to make pizzas. So Jose came and apologized and said that they hadnt made my order yet and that it would be done in 7 minutes. He did apologize and it seemed genuine and offered a complimentary pizza for my next order.

I was a little angry but didnt lose my cool. I just dont understand how my name was thrown around twice in the store and my order completely neglected to the point where i finally left the store at 8:55pm. I was never told they were backed up on orders until Jose apologized etc. The first guy couldve said something to me honestly since he went to the kitchen. I even tipped the this guy and all.

I read the reviews of this store this morning before i posted my review and see im not the only victim of this time sucking pizza hut franchise. I ordered for pickup because i assumed delivery would take forever because the finals were on tv. Thats my fault for assuming anything with this pizza hut location apparently after reading reviews. At the end of the night the pizza was excellent and well baked as i has requested.

OMG never will I go back to this store. Twice within a week that I have had issues first with Anna then tonight my wife called in an order and sent me to pick it up. Order placed 7:38 PM got to store before 7:40 PM arrived at store 8:23 PM Left store The store was in complete chaos first clerk advised that they had a power outage looked up my order said it would be out on 5 minutes. Next thing I know I hear the manager Hanna screaming and dropping F Bombs very unprofessional and one of the customers had minor with them. I understand power outages happen but don't tell me my order in oven be ready in 5 minutes then hear yelling from back the delivery orders come before carryout. I sit there and wait finally started getting impatient and to my surprise the manager Hanna that was dropping the F Bombs and screaming she quit was still there and brought me my pizza I asked for parmesan cheese and was told they had none and do not carry at location. I asked for a complimentary 2 liter for the inconvienance and Hanna responds with I'm not giving you a credit for no parmesan I said well how about the fact it's been over 40 minutes. She started screaming everybody want something for free she grabbed a mountain dew 2 liter put it on the counter and then says to me "why don't you just take all the sodas In The cooler everyone wants freebies and is ridiculous as she was cussing and having a for with other customers I. The store. Thankfully I was there to pick my order up as they were calling customers for delivery orders saying they were closed temporarily as they could not get ahold of the Owner Anna. They kept asking Hanna why she was still there she just responded with she couldn't leave until Anna comes in and then one of the guys in back said you know Anna's not going to show you quit and we need to close the store. I ordered on-line where it tells you initially what to expect but after you place the order, the delivery time is even longer. I ordered 2 kinds of pizzas and received 2 of the exact same pie, called them to re-deliver the correct one and was promised it would be delivered as soon as the next driver is available. Mind you the delivery already took close to 1 1/2 hours but the second delivery was already close to an hour before I called to cancel. I understand this is delivery and you have to wait but this is just ridiculous. After this incident, my husband wanted to order again, this time his order took an hour and a half. We got an email for a free pizza offer for the delay it took on his order that we decided to use it today. After I placed the order on-line the delivery time changed from 60-70 minutes to 1 1/2 to 2 hours. We decided to call an ask if we can pick up instead and it was still going to take 45 minutes to pick up. I called to cancel the order and Larry tells me that the pizza is out of the oven already so that I can come but when I asked if it would still take 2 hours to deliver, he then asked the delivery guy next to him. He gets back on the phone and tells me "Yeah, it's going to be a while". I'm sure you can see the irony of me trying to use my free pizza coupon for the delayed delivery on my order last week just to be told it's going to be 2 hours before you can eat. Sorry but sometimes you crave pizza right away and 2 hours for delivery just won't cut it.
