I should’ve been warned when I saw the sign on the front of the business was completely faded out and a noticed by the owner it shows there’s no pride in this business. Then when you walk in the front door, you see Dirty floors, then you see a dirty unorganized food preparation area. There’s food everywhere in the kitchen on the floor and on the countertops, Then when you go to wash up, you see a Super beyond dirty bathroom! The staff are not helpful or friendly. Actually not happy to assist when you need something like more milk or Splenda for your coffee. The food prep lady was on her phone and coughing into her hand without gloves on. I needed something and she wouldn’t even acknowledge I was there. At 10 am hardly no doughnuts left to choose from. NOT KID Friendly HERE. I’ve never experienced such unpleasant and unfriendly Duncan doughnuts location. It seems this is a busy store and they’re making enough money to where they don’t care how they treat people. I’m sure corporate Dunkin’ Donuts would be interested to know how they are misrepresenting their brand. And at the end of the experience, when I finally sat down, the coffee was not fresh. Read moreIsn't it amazing how one part of an interaction can spoil the entire thing. Running ahead for summer camp and I told my daughter she could pick Miami subs or DD for a breakfast treat - of course she picked DD so I popped a quick u-turn and there we were. The cashier was amazing she asked us what we needed even made suggestions for my coffee and my daughter's breakfast sandwich - the line for pickup was quick and efficient we are waiting and watching people picking up their food. Finally our order gets called my daughter steps forward to pick up our food and is asked is this yours ? Where is your receipt ? Buried at the bottom of my purse or in the trash can with the straw garbage I dunno - normally not a problem however I then had to have a very uncomfortable conversation with my child about why we out of the 8 people in front of us were the only people asked for our receipts and why the older gentleman who wasn't in the store when we placed our order had to vouch for us to get our order. Left a bitter taste in my mouth DD, the coffee was good though. Customer service lasts for the entire interaction not just before I swipe my card. Read moreExtremely unprofessional. I went to this location at 7:25 AM. There was about 10 people in the store already. 3 people in line waiting to order. 3-4 people waiting for their order. The gentleman in front of me walks up to the counter to order as the person in front of him just ordered. The cashier/worker says with an aggressive tone, " I'm closed." I don't understand what is happening with management at this location. I understand she can possibly be overwhelmed with the lack of staff, however whatever issue there is, she could've been respectful and said to wait as she was the only worker there or whatever the case was. She took her issue out on the customer. She clearly needs a mental break and needs to find a job with better support.
