Dunkin' — Restaurant in Davie

Let me start off by saying I love dunkin donuts and I've been coming to this particular location for almost a decade. This morning I went there for breakfast. My order was correct on the receipt but when I got home I had a corn muffin instead of chocolate chip and my sandwich which was supposed to have no cheese instead had no egg. After calling the store the manager was super helpful and apologetic. I drove back to the store with my 3 month old to get what I actually ordered. Again returning home with what I thought was the correct order. The sandwich was correct and delicious. However, my chocolate chip muffin turned out to be a blueberry muffin (I'm allergic to berries). To make a mistake twice is just unacceptable. I spent an hour out of my day carting my 3 month old back and forth just trying to get my breakfast and to find our it wasn't correct is completely disheartening. I understand the job pool is slim as I run a business myself but to mess up something as simple as a muffin TWICE that is labeled on a tray is totally staff error. The staff needs some serious training, but the manager has been there for years and has always been nice. If you frequent this location I urge you to check your food...

I just want to start off by saying this used to be my Favorite Dunkin location, but the last few times I've gone there have been HORRIBLE. To start off, the new system you have were you have two people standing outside taking payments in no way improves the drive through line. It makes no sense. And the two guys you have standing out there all they do is play around. They make no eye contact. Have their back turned towards you when handing you back you card. It's to the point where when I see them standing by the window I would rather get out of the line instead of dealing with them. You need to go back to just letting people pay at the window. And second. I ordered an avocado toast today. And for one it was the SMALLEST piece of bread. I didn't even know they made bread that small, secondly THE BREAD WAS SO HARD I couldn't even bite into it, the bread sliced the inside of my mouth and I couldn't even bite off a piece of the bread! THATS RIDICULOUS!! The whole quality of this location has become so trash. I will not be coming back to this location ever again. You guys are so worried about moving the drive through line along that the quality of your food and customer service has gone...

I come here a lot to study and never usually have any problems so I won't blast you with this review however, today I ordered my coffee as usual and sat down to study and there was a woman standing In line talking to the employees I assumed she was waiting on an order. She wasn't an employee and proceeded to stay and chat it up with everyone working for at least 45 min (when I had finally had enough) to when I left. No telling how long she stayed. I find it very distracting to have someone constantly talking while people are trying to get work and/or studying done. The employees didnt seem to mind her company however to your CUSTOMERS it is very distracting. I come here to get away from the noise at home not to listen to your employees chatting it up with their friends while they should be working. I will say I didn't see some of the normal staff and/or managers that are normally here and business is running as it should be.DD is marketed as a place with free wi fi and a place to study, do projects or work , and today I didn't feel like that was the experience I got .
