Pizza and breadsticks are good enough that I have even driven to pick up from here for an office party since our location is 30 minutes out of their delivery area. However…
The problem is this location, online system and apparently now management. About a month ago, I ordered online like I have done before and received a ‘thank you’ email with approximate delivery of about an hour. After an hour and 20 minutes, I decided to call and I was told there is no record of the order. Frustrating as we were hungry and didn’t understand. Apparently, even though the website said the order was being processed, I received an email that the card did not go thru. My business debit card that I use for everything. Frustrated that the website said everything was fine and even gave an estimate time and order number that I referenced when I called. I didn’t check my email afterwards as I didn’t think it was necessary.
None the less, I felt this was a one-time issue and again, the food is good. So I ordered again this past Sunday and once again the website said the order was going thru; however I have learned to check my email now with Jets Pizza. Sure enough, another issue and order not being processed. So, I called right away and spoke with Dallas. He told me they are having trouble with the online ordering and would like to take my order. (maybe an explanation for my previous issue?) He was apologetic and very efficient so while it was an inconvenience to also call in and provide order details and payment info, I understood this stuff happens. Food arrived, order was correct and so I thought everything was good.
Next day Monday morning I realized I was charged for the online order as well. Frustrated and called around 11am and a young girl answered, told me the owner would be in soon and he would call me to straighten it out. Again, no problem this stuff happens lets just fix it. Now around 6pm, I haven’t heard from anyone so I call again. Speak with a different girl who had the message of my call and apologized. Told me a manager or owner would call me back to discuss. Again, I’m being very patient and just want it fixed. I did not receive a call back Monday night at all. Now the entire day of Tuesday goes by with no phone call from anyone about reversing the charge and maybe a small apology for the inconvenience.
At this point, I do not trust anything will happen so I’m resorting to disputing the charge with my bank. Once again another mild inconvenience but something I now have to do. While the food is good, everything else about this place is frustrating. There are way too many options for good pizza in south Florida to deal with this. The mere fact I cant get a phone call back about a double charge is absurd. They had several chances to keep me and my office...
Read moreUNBELIEVABLE. DELICIOUS. AMAZING. I wish I could find words to describe my experience with this place. My son was turning three at a nearby play place so I simply stopped by to ask the manager there, John, if there was any way for me to bring the kids on a Saturday afternoon to eat some pizza before the party so they could have more playtime at the place. He immediately asked me for all the info about the party and to make a very long, beautiful story short…. He customized my order ( opening early to have it prepared in time) …. Set up extra tables and chairs inside with table cloths and balloons (which he purchased himself) …. Provided better service than any actual sit down restaurant… and even bought my son a birthday present!!!
I had been speaking about his kindness for weeks before the party but then was just speechless afterward. He found a way to make the most incredible pizza party happen for about 40 people in his small space and every single guest left impressed with him and even more so the pizza!! They will all be ordering for their parties and we don’t even live close by! I’ll stop before Google cuts me off… but I really hope people read this because it was one of the most incredible experiences I’ve had.
And Regardless of all that…. The PIZZA IS Absolutely DELICIOUS!!!!! Thank you John from the bottom of our hearts…. We will never forget the pizza party you so generously provided us with for his birthday!!! People like you are hard / impossible to find these days! And thank you Jets...
