I recently visited Poke I Love You and decided to try their ube matcha, and honestly, it completely exceeded my expectations. The drink was absolutely perfect — the ube added a creamy, slightly sweet flavor that paired beautifully with the earthy, rich taste of the matcha. It wasn’t overpowering or artificial like other places; you can really taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The texture was smooth and velvety, and every sip had that perfect balance of ube and matcha flavors. It’s definitely one of the best drinks I’ve had in a long time!

Aside from the amazing drink, the service was top-notch. The staff were so friendly, patient, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They took the time to answer my questions and make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. My drink was prepared quickly but with great attention to detail, and it looked as good as it tasted!

The store itself is super clean and inviting, which really stood out to me. The counters, tables, and even the prep area looked spotless. The moment you walk in, it smells like an Indian restaurant instead of a clean poke place. We just walked out.

Edited: I do apologize for my honesty. Atmosphere 1 star, the store lighting is dim, and not pleasant. Service 1 star, didn't get any greeting when we walked in, instead the female server just said, I will be right with you and walked away to do some other stuff. Food 1 star, poor lighting on the display and I saw gnat flies.

Both my friend and I talked about it when we walked out and both came into a conclusion that the store doesn't smell like a poke bowl store. In fact if we closed our eyes and would have thought we walked into an Indian restaurant (no hard feelings, I love Indian food). That's not being racist and don't be over sensitive. We were in the store for 10 mins and nobody served us.

We decided to try another poke place down the road, Sovereign: Poke, Boba Asian Kitchen. What a day and night experience. There is no smell when we walk in, clean and bright lightings. The server pleasantly greeted us and took our orders quickly. Food was fantastic and there was ample sitting area. Price is also slightly cheaper. The best of all is within 10mins, we were already picking out our poke bowl.

Instead of pointing finger at my review, maybe you should visit some poke stores around your area and make some improvements on your own. ...

Yes, obviously I didn’t understand what I ordered. I didn’t understand you through your thick accent the first three times. I was confused why you were even asking me what I wanted in A corndog. That should’ve been obvious to you.Picture shows a hotdog. You asked if I wanted sauce and pointed to a container with sauce. I received nothing Even close to the pictures you pointed to. This wasn’t my first time here.. I actually walked out twice before because I couldn’t even get service. I came this time because my son said he was interested in trying the corndog.
