I can't begin to explain how unprofessional this location is. I created a ticket through Samsung (who has an partnership with this company) to get service done to my phone. The rep "Raphael" (if that is is name), called me to ask me about my ticket number. The rep stated that I will have a cost associated with my service I inquired why and he didn't have much of a clear answer. We left the call with me saying o.k. have a good day. I look at my email later in the day to realize that my appointment was cancelled. Never once did I advise the rep that I would like to have my appointment cancelled nor did he state that he would be cancelling my appointment. I called the store to inquire as to why my appointment was cancelled the rep "Raphael" states that he spoke with me earlier and I didn't need an appointment for my service request and I can just come in and it will take 1 hour or 2 for my service request. I pressed the rep on why my appointment was cancelled and he didn't have an answered and got frustrated because he didn't have a great reason for cancelling my appointment. Then he went on to say that I can reschedule the appointment if I wanted to, but I didn't need to do that if he didn't cancel my appointment to begin with. Further because he was frustrated with is non rationale reason of cancelling my appointment, he starts to say yo bro, bro bro bro, We are not bros and I am still a customer regardless of your employees frustrations and I do believe there needs to be additional training with this staff or better yet a lost of contract...
Read moreWe came with a working phone, noted on their receipt to only have minor screen damage and are leaving with a broken phone that was damaged to the point of motherboard failure. The cost to replace the screen was $270 but the motherboard cost $265 so they did not want to take responsibility for it monetarily or physically as it turns out they don’t have anyone at any of the local franchise locations who knows how to fix motherboard issues for a Samsung s20. Dealing with corporate is like going to a car dealer, they kept trying to weasel us into the worst deal for us, arguing that their final resolution was protocol however a escalations manager named Kioko, Daniel Cowen and Jessie “came up with” so called solutions that would leave us in the whole. Each time they called back with “ good news we can do a little better” but it was 7 days after being without a phone waiting on these people that they claim they got Samsung to provide a new phone but still wanted us to pay $275 for “the repair” that was never completed. Read moreI was in a panic today when my screen broke, I didn't want to go to Apple for the time and process they put you through. I called UBREAKIFIX and Jermaine picked up the phone with such a positive welcoming helpful attitude! I'm not even sure if there was words to explain the kindness he greeted me with and explained everything I would go through if I chose to bring my phone to them to fix. Of course I did!!! And I only got the same treatment if not better when I was greeted by his colleague, Eric! Jermaine came right out and assisted me! Not only did he fix my screen in less than 30 minutes, he placed my screen protector on for 5$!! All I had to do was leave an honest review ! It would have been my duty and pleasure to leave a review without even the screen protector! I'm referring anyone who needs anything fixed to this team at sunrise off 136th !!! Thank you - thank you!
