I thought this place was great at first but now after coming multiple times I have had to come back after 3 days to get my nails redone from chipping, bubbling, shaping multiple times, i wish i had the past pictures. You literally have micromange them, they almost sent me out with nails that where all shipped incorrectly once. You can't go in relax and know everything will be ok. MY NAILS in this picture is supposed to be coffin and they are more square and was done by the owner. They said they have a 7 day guarantee to redo work that they messed up but this time they wanted to charge me to fix my nails in the picture. Also the techs i had would do my polish changes and not rinse my feet or moisturize them after, meaning they left the dust on them and probably wondered why I wasn't tipping them. Multiple times I wasn't offered a drink. They are very inconsistent, some offered a drink and rinse and moisturize a polish change and some don't. If the polish is too complicated like a matte or chrome or even French you most likely will have to come back and get them redone they nail texh there are not really great at those applications. I thought I finally found a good place to get them done. I literally was driving 30 minutes to get my nails done by them and sometimes 2 in the same week because they messed up something. This time I had a photoshoot and because I changed the color the same day I got them done, due to the lack of communication on the chrome I needed, they charged me for the change, I tipped an extra $15 for accommodating the change and they still didn't do it right, I had to come back today and they wanted to charge me again to fix the chipped work another $20 for my nails. So I would have paid $180 in total. If im going to pay even $150, why do i have to pay anything for faulty work ever? This should last me the 2 weeks im paying for and not chip in 3 days. They acted like i want to come back and waist my time and day. I do not recommend doing anything past basic gel polish. The owner Chuck fixed my nails but I also had to smell his cigarettes all over him through the service which is disgusting, I hate cigarettes. Needless to say this is my last service. Try them at your own risk. They probably really only have one great nail tech there and she's always booked. I'm so upset, if I can save anyone some time and money with this review, I hope you heed this warning.

I went to this nail salon seven days ago and got acrylic nails with 3D designs and crystals attached with gel. When I left, my total was over $200, which is a big sacrifice for me because I have to work many hours to afford the nails I like. As you can imagine, I’m not a millionaire, so I don’t have money to waste. The least I expect when paying $200 is some kind of guarantee, especially if crystals start falling off after only two days. I live in Miami, and the salon is almost 40 minutes away in Weston, so it wasn’t an emergency for me to waste an entire afternoon driving back just for missing crystals. However, as the week went on, one nail completely detached, and another one broke. I understand the broken nail might be my fault, and I don’t mind paying for that, but the crystals falling off and the other detached nail are not my responsibility. When I returned to the salon today, I explained the situation to the owner, and he said he could fix the two nails for $20. I told him to only fix one nail and just glue the other one back since I already spent over $200 and didn’t want to spend more. With a bad attitude, he told me to sit down, glued the nail, and fixed the other one. When he was finishing, I asked him to put the same crystals back, and he rudely said, “That’s the problem with getting long nails. We can’t control that.” I replied that they are the professionals, not me. If I show them a design that they know won’t last, they should warn me beforehand so I can decide if I still want it. But they don’t say anything—they just do it and charge. Because I said this, he got upset and did a terrible job, leaving glue all over my nails, making them look even worse than before. I’ve been coming here for two to three years, getting my nails done every two to three weeks. I used to live five minutes away, but I moved to Miami a month ago and still chose to come back. However, after this experience, I will never return. The only good thing about this place is Andrew, the nail technician I usually go to. He is patient, never gets upset, and always offers solutions and advice on what will work or not. But the owner’s attitude today was unacceptable, and I do not recommend this place at all.

Really wanted to love this place but I didn't. The place is absolutely beautiful and my tech was nice. I was offered water or wine. I was offered colors to pick and wound up choosing a lime green and a lime green glitter gel polish. When they did the pedicure I immediately noticed the color was not the same as on the demo nail. They explained that they had to use a white base so that the polish wasn't as transparent. This made the color more of a butter yellow than a green. It was disappointing with how it turned out. I did express to my tech that I didn't really like the color and he said it would look different when it started to glow in the dark and I would like it more. I have the worst social anxiety and I hate complaining or feeling like I'm upsetting someone so I let it go. So I go to get my gel manicure and the color looks terrible on my nails. The green is streaky in places, the white is peeking through and the nail shapes are different. When he was done the was a lot of extra polish around the nail that I went back and asked him to clean up. He cleaned up a bit and then the manger came back and fixed it a bit more. The nails themselves are still kind of thick in places and streaky. I did express that I did t like the way they turned out. I'm not sure they were listening and ignored me. I spent $90 on my services and I am honestly probably going to have to get the polish removed and get a new manicure because I hate it that much. It also important to mention that my nail tech had very shaky unsteady hands and I think that was part of the problem with how the polish came out. He was extremely pleasant though and I feel terrible that I don't like the nails. Attached pictures to try and show some of the issues but they hard to catch on camera.
