McDonald's — Restaurant in Davison Township

I work at a nearby McDonald’s, and I couldn’t imagine how they could be so disrespectful. I came through about half an hour ago, and I’ll admit the order did have special specifications. But, I deal with it all the time, and if they’re paying for it, I don’t complain. But the girl taking our order was rushing us the entire time, asking “anything else??” every time we said an item. It even got to the point where she said “are you guys good now? You really need more??” It was just two Spicy Crispy meals. We asked for extra crinkle cut pickles, and she marked them “add pickle” which is just the regular pickles on the cheese burgers. We asked her if they were gonna put the crinkle cut, she said “yeah, anything else?” Then we asked for two cups of sauce on the side, and she rang us up for two cups. Then, we get to the second window, and the sandwiches have no sauce, two crinkle cut pickles and like seven regular pickles each. And only one sauce in the bag. Every time we tried to tell the girl at the second window there was something wrong, she would shut the window in our face IN THE MIDDLE OF US TALKING. At one point, she just left and sent another person to the window, and she asks “Why are you still here?” We tell her we’re missing a cup of sauce and offer to pay for it, and she just cuts us off and says “I already put it in the bag.” We proceed to tell her FOUR TIMES we just need another one. Then we pay, and another girl comes to the window and says “That’s all you’re getting.” It wasn’t even half full. To say this was the worst service we’ve ever had here is an UNDERSTATEMENT. They never follow timer protocol with thier foods, the fryer oil tastes old and a lot of the female staff have attitudes. Yesterday I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sadwich. They told me to pull ahead for a wait, but immediately after the staff walked out with our food and gave it to us at our car. Not even a minute wait. I checked my Spicy Chicken sandwich, it was disgusting. The meat patty was cold, dark in color. It was dry and old meat. They had rushed the food to make their drive-through times better. They had given me an old sadwhich, completely forgetting the pickels. We drove back around, waited in line for 10 minutes and when we asked for a re-make the female staff was rushed and said okay. They never dropped the food to cook. So by the time we approached the window the manager refused to take the sadwhich back, said there was going to be a seven minute wait on the meat to cook. I asked for a refund at this point, she then stated she would need the food returned the and rolled her eyes at me. I handed her the food and she took more than 5 minutes to issue a refund. This is the worst McDonald’s ever. Something is always missing. Their unsweetened tea tastes like dirty socks. The people working there are terrible, they don’t give a damn if you get what you ask for. They won’t even listen to you while you’re ordering. Always getting up charged but never getting my food right. I’ve been real patient. I door dashed from there today the receipt on the bag says THREE BURRITOS, I didn’t get a single one. Yesterday I ordered a McDouble no ketchup, never got it. Two weeks ago I ordered a double filet o fish, of course I got a single. Clearly people that work there can’t read 🤷🏼‍♀️ and when you call to get your replacement they give you exactly that. How about you accommodate me since you mess up every single time I go up there. The only time they don’t mess up is at 9:30 pm there are usually two guys working and they make sure they brew new coffee for me and put the right amount of cream and sugar in it for me and don’t take forever!
