Unfortunately I love Dominoes because this one is awful they allow the staff to speak to customer’s as they please I had a huge issue with undercooked beef, pork, and chicken and paid allot for my order and the shift manager Tabbi was allowed to treat me with disrespect she will get “talked” to…. For not only not trying to resolve my problem but hanging up on me twice making it clear she was not concerned about the repercussions from the store manager, I asked that she call and apologize and that the supervisor call me that never happened but when I called to get the order replaced a week later the supervisor was working at the store and said she never found time… then wanted to only replace the undercooked items which was 4 of the six items I ordered because the staff pulled my food early from the oven due to having a time to meet! She did replace the whole order but was reluctant, was my issues resolved?NO! Hopefully the corporate office will be more understanding and make sure all of their employees treat customer’s better and retrain at all level’s not only safe handling procedure’s but how important customer satisfaction is, will update this review until then beware that your food is cooked because if not getting the problem resolved is like pulling teeth and the staff will most definitely not be required to treat you with respect...

I politely called explained the situation and was told that this pizza was measured properly with extra chicken. Because I am honest I volunteered to provide evidence that a mistake was made on my order. My request was denied as they do not have a phone nor email for me to send. She then advised me to bring my delivered pizza to the store, you’d think pick up options would have been chosen originally if I did have this option. A credit was then offered, hence placing call on hold before completion.
I have currently been on hold for 20 minutes awaiting for customer service to return with feedback on my refund or credit request. Now the agent just hung up the phone without return. Never spending here again. No one deserves this type of treatment. It’s okay that my special instructions were overlooked, mistakes happen. Accept responsibility for your mistakes and make it right. For such small town I don’t see this place making it with such unpleasant customer service experiences….

Read moreWell it was good while it lasted....I've been a customer since they opened which is about 10, 12 years with only 2 problems.first about 5 years ago my pizza was burnt,called the store and replaced the whole order not just the burnt pizza.that is how you do business.fast forward to September 6,2024 I ordered 2 bread bowls and a pizza for the family and of course the wife and daughters bread bowls both tasted sour.i called the store and manager said I could only have credit or 2 new bread bowls.i explained to him no one would want the same thing after tasting something sour,dinner ruined that night had to get out go to town for dinner. So I admit it was a while before we tried dominoes again but I talked the family into it so I called to redeem my credit and get a pizza as well and like I expected no credit was on file,I tried to talk to a manager but he said to tell the customer on the phone he was to busy to take my call,so....another dinner ruined by dominoes.it has taken awhile but they are not keeping up with corporate standards as every other restaurant CUSTOMER LOST OVER 2 BREAD BOWL,PROBABLY COST THE COMPANY 5.00,HOPE IT...
