Dunkin' — Restaurant in Dayton

This location is always out of everything. The app won't ever tell you it's out like it's supposed to because for what ever reason the employees don't update it. So I'll go expecting one thing only to be told "oh we are out". And won't be properly compensated. Take for instance the spider donuts. You're out that's fine and dandy but don't give me 4 donuts and not give me the 4 donut holes that originally come with the spider donut you were out of. Because I was up charged for the 4 petty donut holes when I ordered the specialty donuts. Anywho. The afternoon coffee is always burnt. They never make your coffee the same even though I order it the same every time. You order Light Ice and the fill your cup to the tip with ice. I order no ice and they will still put ice in my cup. It really is just so frustrating never ever getting 1 single order that's satisfactory. I spend here. And when I say I spend here I mean there was a point when I came here 6 days a week. I'm honestly over it. There is only 2 solid employees there. The dark haired girl with the super long pony tail and glasses and the black dude in the afternoons. A few days prior as I placed my order the Dunkin Team Member informed me that they were out of the cold stout brew. With no plan to bring it back on the menu anytime sooner rather than later, I ordered iced coffee in place. This was the first time to a Dunkin in many years. The TM gave me half my donut order wrong however my sons school accomplishment celebratory Donuts were in the box. Now I walked into the store with only one car in the drive-thru simply because I was not familiar with the menu. I was literally staring at the Donuts telling him my order and he asked me to walk to the other end of the counter as he placed them in the box. I don't think it was intentional but I did walk into the store thinking about that new cold brew that I had heard was great. I'll have to wait a little bit longer. Well I pulled up to find out that the inside was closed so pulled to the drive thru to order my donuts. they have no pictures of the donuts they offer and donuts are one thing I like to see what they have. they need to add pictures of the variety of donuts that they have on the drive thru menu so I ordered only one kind because I knew they had. I felt rushed with my order because of the line behind me at the drive thru another reason having the inside closed sucked. I asked the guy working the drive thru what donuts they had and he said to many to mention and I should just let him give me a variety I said no because I don't want a donut I may not like so dunkin donuts please put the donuts you have on your drive up menu I drove 20 miles to get your donuts and really didn't get what I would have bought if your drive up menu had everything you offer on it .
