McDonald's — Restaurant in Dayton

My opinion about this McDonald's has DRASTICALLY changed from a yr ago when I left the first post. As of right now I am in the process of filing legal actions against this McDonald's @ 410 S. Main Street. 2 employees there have made my afternoon brunches an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE...... and for NO apparent reason. These 2 Non- Descript people have zoned in on me, even though I come there everyday, (or atleast used to) ordered the same menu items, sipped the very HOT coffee that I order and so that I don't pass out between clients, ate a small cheeseburger....... Everyday the same routine, never deviating from it. These 2 have gone as far as to come out from behind the counter, stand OVER me at my table and indirectly yell things like. " I already told her that she has to leave, maybe we should tresspass her". What I failed to mention is that I always come in alone... bring that I am a Proud New Yorker and don't have any friends here. I've NEVER seen notices on any of the windows saying that there is a time limit to this particular franchise, and come to think about it, I AM ENTITLED TO A FREE REFILL OF COFFEE!!! They take turns harassing me, which cameras will verify and no matter what they are saying AT me, I NEVER RESPOND. I feel that somehow that would be their FALSE proof. But then the situation took a turn for the worse (unfortunately for that be particular McDonald's franchise) when the female employee went outside, out of frustration that I was not reacting to her intimidating statements towards me and approached a police officer to which she perjured herself (again thank goodness for cameras) by saying that I was giving her a hard time and using profanity. Of course that did not happen. I don't use profanity at any time. And again thank goodness for the cameras and audio inside of this McDonald's making it so easy for me because they picked up the audio on the visual for that day as well as the other days that they harassed me. The saving Grace is that the officer actually told me what she had told him about the profanity and the false statements that she made to him. What they actually did yo me on a daily basis is bullied me. It almost sounds rediculous...... But like I said, I am truly grateful for the footage that they are supposed to keep for things of this nature and the info that the officer informed me about, albeit what little he did let me know, it's enough. I am absolutely perplexed by all of this..... sorry to say. ☹️ I just read another post where the fella mentioned that in the evening, they didn't let him sit and enjoy his meal because it's evening. Not correct.,... my problem with them started in early afternoon as well. Again, NO postings about time limitations I do want to say that the manager did try to reach out to me about the situation..... BUT during the time of the harrassment, SHE WAS ALWAYS THERE and NEVER INTERVENED..... EVER. Only giving me a call after I called the # on the window and stated what the officer had already said to me and what my plans were about to be. Thanks if you've read this. ...

This particular McD's is hit or miss when it comes to quality, actually getting what you order, and actually having menu items available. Then again, that's true of every fast food place I've hit in the past ... forever? Is it that difficult to keep an ice cream or milk shake machine running? I got my cone today, but they often aren't available at this store. Today, I tried the new Signature Series Double Bacon Tavern Burger (or whatever it's called). I almost always skip the condiments, and I'm not a mustard fan, anyway, so I can't comment on that. The sandwich looked good in the box. Ordering without sauces usually means fresh, hot burgers, and this one was hot. It also was messy. I can't imagine McDonald's is using fresh made patties, so it makes no sense that they create frozen patties to fall apart as if they're fresh made by hand with only 100% beef. It had lots of bacon on it, and I did not order extra bacon, so that was a plus. It did have some kind of sloppy, sweet goop on it, so I'm guessing it has pulled BBQ beef or pork. It was good, but I had never heard of the new burger, so I didn't really know what to expect. The fried onion strips were crunchy and yummy. The cheese was as messy as the crumbling patties, a bunch of it melted to the bottom of the bottom bun. I needed lots of napkins I was glad I had available in the car - as well as a damp beach towel since I was headed home from the pool. I needed a big wet towel, and my t-shirt needs some stain spray. Went to the drive thu and order food that was $33.73. And order food and I places my order and had to repeat it 4 times to the lady that took the order. Then when I got to the window I ask her what she have on my double cheese qtr and she was not sure so I told her again 3 times what I wanted on it again. Then went to the other window and they gave me the food check the qtr burger and it was wrong so went to the door one of the worker was walking in let me in and one of the guy that was working there I guess was the mgn he said he said lobby close lobby close like 3 times to me I said I under stand but u guys mess my burger up. And put ketchup on it and did not put cheese on it and it also it a double not a single.had tell them 3 times to So he said I fix it just go out and wait in car look thru bag make sure everything else was good and I was missing my 4 nuggets so went to the window told that that hand me the burger check it then was right then gave my nuggets. Then got home everything I got was not fresh at all I live 4 mins for there. It was cold and nuggets was hot and mc chicken was cold and not tasty good at all large and medium ff was old and cold to then called them and he said bring the food back after I just put half in trash. Will not be back. This is not the only time my food been bad at this mcdonald's. And it a shame. And all I want is my money back or replaces or both all of it.
