update.5/13/24. this wendys is 100% scamming/price gouging its customers thru doordash. they charged me 25.88$ for an order thats real price was only 11.98$ over 100% over charged. people need to start getting prison time for this price gouging scam.This wendys is scamming customers. I have repeatedly ordered daves doubles and daves triples and they are using 2 or 3 wendys jr patties instead of the bigger correct patties used for daves doubles and triples. They are doing the same thing with the baconator burgers. Charging for the bigger patties but really giving the customer 2 or 3 small patties used for the Jr burgers. Stop Stealing from Customers and use the patties we pay for.. That is like paying for a large drink and them giving you a small and claiming it is the large. It is theft. And this is after you sit in the drive thru for 45 minutes... A daves double or triple should use 2 or 3 4 oz patties not 2 or 3 1.7Oz jr patties. Stop scamming customers and stop stealing our money. Give us the Burger patties we pay for . 1oz jr patties are not regular 4oz patties we paid for. Again it is not a mistake it is being done on purpose by the wendys employees/manager to save money on the product . AKA A scam and theft. a "Junior" 1.78 ounces (50 g) patty and a "Single" 4 ounces (110 g) patty. Daves doubles/triples use 4oz patties not Jr patties. Theft and scam. also the fries are always old and cold even with the new hot fry policy. There is nothing professional about this place or its management/workers. this wendys needs a new manager and new workers. i have called corporate office on them several times now to report the serious problems from this wendys management/staff/ wrong orders and missing items. They are also scamming you when you order bacon on your sandwich. Corporate says they should be full pieces of bacon this store takes one piece of bacon tears it into two and claims its correct. just another scam to save on product. Also now they are telling customers at the drive thru " sorry you cant order thru drive thru or dine in we are only taking doordash orders."

I initially ordered a medium Biggie Bag and two Baconators, intending to use a buy-one-get-one-free coupon for a Baconator, Son of Baconator, or Pretzel Bacon Pub Burger. When I handed over the QR code, it failed to scan, and the cashier called the manager for assistance. Initially polite, the manager's demeanor quickly changed. She informed me that the coupon could not be used because their location only sells double Baconators, not the single stack specified by the coupon. Despite explaining that I had used this coupon before and offering to switch to a Son of Baconator, the manager insisted that the coupon was invalid.
The manager's attitude became increasingly rude, dismissing my attempts to show that the coupon was active and not tied to my rewards points. After multiple failed attempts to scan the coupon and an unhelpful response from the manager, I reluctantly paid for the entire order. This incident was not isolated, as a previous issue with the app at this location had also resulted in poor service and refusal to honor a coupon, even in the presence of a district manager.
Overall, the manager's unprofessional behavior and the repeated refusal to honor Wendy's app coupons have led me to decide never to visit this location again. My friend, who was on the phone during the incident, echoed this sentiment. If Wendy's locations do not intend to honor app promotions, the company should reconsider offering them. Read moreOld review (Needs work on customer service. Not so friendly and welcoming people. Unpleasant demeanor, short and rude often. Food is often not as hot or fresh lately. The females there that work this time of night are hateful and rude. Didn't make our order right again, gave us cold stale fries again. I had talked to the GM after our first problem and he was very nice and assured me that he took over and was going to fix this store. Sorry to say I can't tell. Watch how the employees act at night on video or something GM . They are awful to your customers. Honestly can't say anyone has ever been as rude, hateful and nasty as the females that work at this store. Definitely not a good job for them.) (Old review)------------------------
Update: Things at this location are starting to turn around. The rude and hateful employees seem to be gone. The lady that gave me my large breakfast potatoes was fast, kind, helpful and the food was steaming hot and fresh. I ordered easily and got done quickly! Super happy with my experience today! 7:45 am, Monday Oct. 16 th, only ordered the potatoes. This is my second time coming in since new management took over, both times I was happily surprised.
