Stopped in today to grab a few sandwiches for the family. When I walked in, not an employee was to be seen. Stood around for about five minutes thinking maybe the employee had stepped into the bathroom. I could hear a male and female voice talking somewhere in the back, and after about ten minutes of seeing no one, I loudly said hellloooooo? And received no reply, nor did I see anyone. Shortly thereafter, another customer came in and he stood around for a few minutes before asking me if anyone had helped me, and I told him I hadn't even seen anyone yet (we could still hear the two voices in the back talking). He called out much louder, "hello, are you open? " with no response. The voices in the back continued to talk. I noticed while standing there the sandwich bar had been left unwiped, and there were two knives left out on the counter. So after a total of about twenty minutes, I told the other customer "this must be a sign" and left. VERY disappointed about this. If I could hear them talking, they definitely should have been able to hear us who called for them very loudly. The store sign said OPEN and the doors were unlocked, so I see absolutely no...
Read moreI've been loyal to this place for the past year now, up until I discovered that their policy only calls for three black olives on a six inch sub, along with not counting it as a footlong and charging the extra price ONLY if it's a different type of bread. I go to publix to not only have one of their better competing subs with more generous ingredients, but use the restroom and it was out of order. I go to this particular subway for the restroom and I'm immediately harassed with greed by the short haired Karen, asking if I was buying a sub, so I lied because my poopy was more important than buying a less than adequate sub. Isn't subway a public place? I'd say yes, so it's a public bathroom, unless a sign designates otherwise, not a mean Karen. Goodbye Subway, I...
Read moreWent to get lunch for my daughter and I. I took my food to the car first. Came back in to get our drinks. One of the workers looked at me sideways. Then had the nerve to question whether or not I paid for my food and drinks as I was getting drinks. How? By asking her coworker, that checked me out, to which she stated yeah she paid for it. The worker who basically just accused me of stealing, then had the nerve to act like she didn't just accuse me of stealing in front of me, by then "informing me" there were drink carriers on the side of the fountain drink machine! That was despicable and appalling behavior! Literally set my cups aside and said I would be back, only to come back and be accused of thievery, by one of the workers in the store for an item...
