Laughing and belittling a customer, truly wonderful customer service! My mother wanted to exchange a cooler that she found the zipper wasn’t closing as well as it should. She had just purchased it and immediately told the cashier afterward. The cashier, in a very casual manner, told my mother to just grab another one and my mother understand it as a quick informal exchange. My mother put the cooler that was not zipping so well back and grabbed another one of the same exact brand and same price. When she went back to the cashier with a cooler that had a better zipper, he then said “why would you put a broken cooler back??” in a very disrespectful and belittling tone. As my mother walked to get the “broken” cooler, he started LAUGHING, BELITTLING AND ROLLING HIS EYES at my mom as if she was a stupid.

On top of it, the customers that he was helping at the time, also all started laughing at my mother. The cashier was not aware that I was watching the whole thing and it was the most upsetting experience we’ve had on our vacation. What is the need to laugh or belittle a customer? Regardless of the situation or misunderstanding it is NOT ACCEPTABLE!

It seemed that my mom initially misunderstood the cashier but it DOES NOT matter the situation, this is not how you treat people ESPECIALLY CUSTOMERS!

I have worked in customer service for 15+ years and never in my life have I ever laughed or degraded a customer regardless of the situation. Extremely saddening and upsetting to see my mom...

Had a very horrible experience. Thought guest came 1st in bealls stores. I guess it doesn’t work the same with outlets! Closing manager gave me so much attitude because I asked to hold an item till morning since due to size it didn’t fit in my car. The store was closing in 20 min so I had no chance of going home switching cars! And instead of a good explanation or at least even a normal conversation she gave me a straight up attitude ! They have good clothes at a reasonable price very good place to go shopping if you need shoes underwear socks house anything close related basically I believe they have other stuff there too very clean very friendly employees you can get a percentage off if you sign up for a credit card there they'll give you a discount on whatever you are purchasing I will definitely be going back I got my sweat pants and shirt and socks and underwear from there the other day and I don't think it was more than $30 and it was nice stuff definitely...
