Came to the drive-thru.... The employee tried to tell me they didn't have what I was reading off of the menu. I had to explain to him exactly what I was reading. I finally pulled through and they didn't give us half of our order. I pulled back around and waited in line, got to the speaker and tried to explain to them what was missing and they slowly listened and said pull to the window. I waited in line again and finally got to the window. The employee was confused as I tried to explain again what items were missing. Then a female employee came and I explained to her several times what was missing. She tried to charge me again. I showed her my receipt. She then asked again what was missing and I explained Again. She came back with 2 double cheeseburgers (1 Jr King MEAL was missing). Still missing was 2 Apple juices and 2 fries. Then she brought out 2 chicken sandwiches which were incorrect. I showed her the sandwiches and she just closed the window. She then came back and told me I would have to drive back around and re-order. I told her no, I just wanted the food I ordered. Still missing were 2 orders of small fires, 2 orders of fries for the kids meals, and 2 apple juices. The 2 chicken sandwiches she gave me were not what we ordered. She just closed the window and talked on her phone. A couple minutes later 2 police cars showed up and asked me to park by them. I explained to the officer what was missing and he understood it immediately. He asked for my receipt and went inside in an attempt to have them give me my correct order. They refused, so I asked the officer if they could just refund my money. They also refused to do that. The officer told me all I can do is call their corporate office or file a small claims in court. Read moreThis bk consistently gets my order incorrect. Even when they repeat it back to me correctly. When confronted about the mistake no apology or effort at all. Always try to put it back on me lol. It seems most of the employees would struggle to tie their shoes correctly. UPDATE: I thought I would try it out a few more times, as I do like the food and am in the area often. What a complete failure. The first time I pulled in there were 4 or 5 other cars in the drive though. when enough cars behind me finally backed out, I backed out of line myself. this process took something like 30 mins...wonderful. I had a couple soso experiences after, but then again today. 25ish mins in line only a couple of cars. Girl who took my order was nice, but seemed to be struggling a bit. she did get my order correct on the screen, and repeated back to me. I eventually get the food, and of course its incorrect. I hand the food back, and nicely state the problem, somehow I must of ordered it wrong according to the manager that helped me. She reluctantly did get me the correct food several mins later. This is the same women that consistently try's to blame me when I have an issue. Its unbelievable she is running the show. I have worked on many different levels of management and customer service, including working fast food in my younger years. The only thing that should have came out of her mouth is- I AM VERY SORRY ABOUT THAT SIR , ILL GET IT FIXED RIGHT AWAY. .......How they stay in business is...
Read moreSo I ordered two of the new royal crispy chicken sandwich meals and instead received a whopper and a normal crispy chicken. I got home and realized it was the wrong food, so naturally I called and the lady on the phone answered and was super rude about me asking if I can get what I ordered. She said the order that you got is what you ordered. She can give me a refund, if I bring the sandwichs back. but I have to reordering pay full price for my original order, which is terrible customer service because they gave me the wrong order and told me that I ordered it wrong. Instead of trying to make the customer happy they have made me very upset. I really love burger king but this one has been getting my order wrong, way to often and not even making an effort to make it right. The phone call ended by the lady hanging the phone up on me after yelling at me that if I want my order I have to come back and pay full price, didn't even answer anymore of my questions, just hung up mid question about asking if i can come at anothertime as i have already got home and settled for the night! Rude! I would not recommend anyone to eat from this bk ever! As they are rude and make no effort to be a good customer service fast...
