Usually I have no issues at this location, but tonight I waited 10-15 minutes before I even saw an employee for a WEB order that was not placed in the pick up window. This employee was stocking, trying to man the line, and manning the resister. This speaks volumes about the management, especially since every other response on your reviews is an auto generated response. The employee came out, saw me, said it will be a few moments, then disappeared for another 5 minutes without asking me why I was there.

While I was waiting to be served, 3 other customers came and left because no employees were found. They went to neighboring restaurants rather than wait. Had I not done a web order, I would have done the same thing.

The sub I ordered sat in front of me for over 15 minutes fully prepped. By the time I got home, I could tell it had been out for a while. It was dry, soggy, and not like the usual JJ's. I am very disappointed with this experience. I will not be returning here and will be finding a more local, reliable alternative.
