Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in De Pere

AVOID THIS LOCATION!! My wife and I were in Green Bay looking at properties and had to be in Appleton by 8:30, so we decided to grab Papa Johns (usually decent corporate pizza). At 7:41, I placed an order with an ETA of completion between 7:51 and 8:01. I arrived at the location around 8 PM to discover the store clouded with smoke. I do not believe that the oven was properly working. I told the manager that I had an online order. He looked it up (I could tell at this time that they had not even started preparing it) and said that it would be another 10 minutes due to me ordering wings well done. I told him that I did not have time to wait 10 and just to prepare them normally which he said would take 5 minutes. I went next door to the wine store for about 5 minutes and returned to the store. Another employee came to me after several minutes and I let her know that I was waiting on an order. 5 minutes passed and I had still not been served. I spoke out to the manager who appeared to be ignoring me, and asked where my order was. He started getting argumentative with me and said that it had not even been 30 min. About 5 minutes later, I received my order and it was horrible! I had ordered a NY style crust pizza with Canadian bacon & pineapple and 6 wings. The crust was flavorless and definitely not NY style, very light on the toppings, and poorly cut. The wings were over-sauced and mushy. I will never order from this location again!!

Ordered dinner, they use a third party delivery system apparently (DoorDash). Looked at the tracking info, and it started that it was delivered so checked to see if they just set it by the door. Alas no food, so obviously the driver stole it at this point. Call the store to get it dealt with so the children get their dinner. They state they have to call and deal with DoorDash. Call back 20 minutes later, the manager attempted contacting dd they didn't respond. He refused to make the order until dd agreed the driver stole it. Asked to have our food made while this was happening, and got shut down and told that can't be done. Asked for a refund and to cancel the order and the manager gave so much attitude and disrespect. I waited 15 minutes before someone came back into the store then waited another 5 before anyone attended to me the delivery guy had to ask them where the were he was really nice but the kid that cashed me out was ridiculous I watched him play on his phone instead of take my order at the cash register well, he sat on the phone with someone named Shelly or something literally in a phone call while trying to take my order then asked me three times what I ordered and then I told him that next time that he takes somebody’s order, he should probably not be on his phone and if I was his manager, I would’ve fired him on the spot for that, and then he proceeded to get an attitude with me and basically told me have a nice day and his name is...
