Me & my husband have ordered here 4 times in the past 2 weeks. I previously rated them 5 stars. However, today was the worse experience I’ve had with this place. We order the same thing every time. The chicken Caesar wrap with fries & a bacon cheese burger with district 12 sauce on side with Mayo ketchup mustard on the burger & with fries. My burger is so sloppy and nasty I can’t even believe it. Even the fries are nasty. Nothing tasted like usual ( also this time was the first time it was only 2 girls inside working, every other time there was guys & the food was actually good) . & I called to tell them my food was sloppy and a girl named Stephanie was EXTREMELY RUDE. Her response was " all of our food is made fresh daily". I never said the food wasn't fresh I said it was sloppy and nasty. She had a very clear attitude. She said what do you want me to do? I said I want a refund. & she asked me how did I pay? I said with a card & she mentioned something about how she didn’t know how to do the refunds & that if I came in she’d give cash & she said that if I wanted a refund over the phone it'll take 3-5 days and also told me I had to wait because she didn't know how to do the refunds. Confused, I said even though I paid with card you will give me cash? She said " YEAH THATS WHAT I JUST SAID". I hope they record their phone calls so someone can hear the way she talks to customers. Worse customer service ever. She’s ruined the chances of me ever returning here and I will never recommend this place to anyone again. That girl should be fired immediately idk how she’s a manager & making nasty food with nasty attitude. She had the nerve to be upset with me because I’m not satisfied with my food. She talked over me & literally asked me was I done talking because she had other stuff to do. I am beyond done with all of these rude employees at these restaurants.
When I went up there to get a refund there were two guys there. Clearly she hadnt gotten my refund take care of yet after hours later. I was never going to get the refund it seemed like if I hadn’t gone up there & they did not care about anything I told them about her being rude to me. They never apologized either. She must be connected to the owner in some way to where she can disrespect customers and make trifling food and no one cares.

Read moreI've had to complain multiple times about receiving burgers that aren't cooked as well-done as I ask for. Their response is always just an apology. Even when I make a point to remind them not to overcook my fries and to cook my food thoroughly when I place an order, I still end up with overcooked fries and undercooked burgers. when I call to complain their respond would be " I'm sorry"!!! each time my total would be over $40 dollars.
The last time I ordered was 2 or 3 weeks ago, and it was the same issue all over again. I even mentioned that I was thinking of returning the food. However, they told me the kitchen was about to close, so they couldn't take it back. They said someone would call me the next day, but I haven't heard anything back from them.
Leaving negative reviews isn't something I like doing, but when the same problem keeps happening, I feel like I have no choice. I used to really enjoy their food, but now I'm not sure if I'll give them another try. It's frustrating to keep spending money on food that's not up to par and just ending up throwing it away. I wish I could share more of the pictures I've taken of the disappointing meals I've gotten.

Read moreI’ve been going here the past 3 days in a row! Very disappointed this time December 13 Friday 2024! I just got my food home and I opened the box to ranch all over my buffalo chicken sliders . I called the store to let them know ranch was evrywhere on top of my buns and on top of the lid of the inside of the box and his response was ranch comes in the sliders. AS IF I DIDNT KNOW THAT! I order these things all the time! Ranch isn’t supposed to be on top of my buns and all over the inside of the box of my food! He told me it must’ve just slid out as if I’m supposed to be okay with that! He was very nonchalant and never apologized ! He didn’t care at all! He was talking to me as if my food is supposed to come sloppy!! I asked is there a number I can send a picture to? He says no. Never offered a solution or anything. I don’t think I’ll be back again….
