If I could give zero stars, I would.
We placed an order for two chicken shawarma sandwiches, and the woman who answered the phone told my husband to come in 25 minutes. He shows up, nothing is ready. Why? Because the person who took the order didn’t even bother to put it in. Just completely forgot or didn’t care. They said they’d make it right then and there, but it would take another 20 minutes. Well, it’s now been OVER 50 MINUTES, and my husband is still sitting there waiting. Are you serious?
This is absolutely unacceptable. I’m pregnant, and my husband only stayed because he didn’t want me to go hungry. We were genuinely excited to try this place after seeing a TikTok review, but now I honestly can’t believe how careless and unprofessional this business is.
And what makes it even worse? The total lack of accountability. Not a single genuine apology. Instead, they tried to flip it back on us… claiming maybe we called the wrong location. My husband literally showed them the number he dialed, and the guy admitted it was their number. STILL no apology. No ownership. Just complete dismissal.
This isn’t just a small mistake, it’s a complete disregard for customer service and basic human decency. We’ve wasted nearly an hour for sandwiches that probably won’t even be worth the frustration.
You cannot run a business like this and expect people to come back. I will never order from here again, and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears about this...

Every time I call, either nobody picks up the phone or they would pick up and not even talk, I’d just hear background noises. I called 3 times today and finally on the third call I get a young lady, as she was taking my order, she said: “one second” then placed me on hold for literally 13 mins. I hung up to call again and the restaurant phone line is no longer connecting. The east Dearborn Location on west warren is infinitely better when it comes to service. If you are going to order from here, I highly recommend only ordering from the east dearborn location. I have never been more consistently let down by any establishment than this restaurant. Literally every single time I have interacted with them has been exactly the same poor service. I rarely write reviews and I try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt before making a complaint but this has been almost two years of terrible terrible service. Read moreChicken is amazing both fried and rotisserie. However, when I tried calling numerous times, the phone keeps ringing or someone keeps hanging up the phone. I had to go in person to order chicken because no one was picking up the phone. I literally saw one of the cashiers yell to the back cooks to answer the phone, and then she would hang up the phone on customers. You need to train your cashiers to take the calls. Maybe one that only answers phones, and the other helps face to face customers. There was alot of chaos. There needs to be a better system for ordering and helping customers.
