KFC — Restaurant in Dearborn Heights

I will not give this store a Good review or EVER dine at this location again. I stopped in on my way home for a carry out. I ordered (2 ) 4 piece meals, 1extra crispy and 1 original both with mashed potatoes and coleslaw and a sm side of corn. Simple order right? When I arrived home, I was missing 1 cole slaw and 1 mashed potato. I called the restaurant to inform them what was missing. I was told let me look up your order, I gave him the ticket number from my reciept, and told him I just left there. Well, whoever I encountered on my phone call became extremely rude and kept saying loudly calm down calm down... after I had given him the time and my ticket number. Is this how you treat your customers?? Well let me tell you Mr. Calm down ... your people skills are less than desired. I am a paying customer telling you that I was missing Items. I am not a little kid, that needs to be corrected. You had no business speaking to me in the manner you did. Shame on you! you were Rude and lack PEOPLE SKILLS which is extremely valuable when dealing with paying customers. First, your prices were extraordinarily high! $24.49 for an 8 piece meal?! $32.99 for a 16 piece meal?! (The only cheaper listing was 24 WINGETTES for $22.99 -- another overpricing!) After seeing your high prices, I asked if you had any specials and received a "No"; I asked if you had any coupons and also received a "No". Yet, afterward, it was discovered there was a 20 piece for $22.00 special listed online. In addition, after facing your high prices, my receipt says I ordered TWELVE pieces for $32.99(!) and should have gotten 4 cinnamon biscuits which were not included! I did not see the potato wedges nor the mac and cheese you list on your online menu listed on location. I would have preferred those over your watery mashed potatoes and soggy, tasteless green beans -- for certain. The food was not hot nor well-seasoned! With taxes, we paid nearly $60 for 24 pieces of chicken and only received 20. We had NO napkins and NO eating utensils with either order and just a few packages of honey as condiments. Placed an order online today for pick up. When I arrived and approached the door someone on the inside sitting down eating told me the lobby was closed and it was drive thru only. I called inside and advised that I had an online order and was still told I needed to go thru the (long) drive thru line. When I asked to speak with the manager, he was ruder than the crew member that answered and he also advised me I had to go to the drive thru. All the while I'm looking at them in the store and crew member that originally answered the phone was now sitting down talking to the guy who was eating. So I'm having a hard time understanding why no one could just hand me my order out the door instead of telling me to wait in a line behind people who had to order and pay. This was horrible service. After the few others times I've been to this location and dealt with people with bad attitudes, and now this experience, I cannot spend my money here anymore.
