McDonald's — Restaurant in Dearborn Heights

Another wonderful experience at this McDonald's location❣❣❣ I came in for my usual 80 plain regular "just the meat only" hamburger pattie order, and the whole staff including the manager, Elzlia, Aniya, Ben (who was the sweet chef that cooked my 80 meat patties with such a kindhearted and good attitude), Liz (the always kind and courteous drive through cashier), Chloe, Alisa, Brynn, Julia and Robert who are always so kind and sweet with such AMAZING attitudes of excellence and outstanding customer service and professionalism❣❣❣ You are all such valuable assets to the Dearborn Heights South Telegraph Rd. McDonald's team, and we customers are so blessed to have the privilege and pleasure of doing business with you every time we visit your location❣❣❣ I hope corporate reads this review so they will realize how fortunate they are to have such an outstanding team on-board at this location❣❣❣ You are so greatly appreciated for all of your hard work, kindness and professionalism❣❣❣ A million thank yous from your loyal customer~Nurse Laura❣❣❣🙏🤗🙏

There are not enough words in all the world languages to say how AMAZING the night crew is at this McDonalds location!!! Alisa, Chloe, Lisa, and Brynn are all the sweetest, most kindhearted girls I have ever met in my entire life, and even though I always come through and order like 40 or sometimes even 80 regular hamburger meat patties without the buns or anything else, they are never mean or have a bad attitude about accommodating me with such a large order. They are always only extremely sweet, kind, helpful and happy to help. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the night crew here at this location and I always look forward to coming through just so I can see my favorite girls in the whole world and get to say "Hi" and chat with them for a quick minute.

I wish we could clone these girls so there would be millions of them in the world, and the world would be a better place. They are all such individuals of excellence and have such an outstanding work ethic!!! It's so hard to find people like Alisa, Chloe, Lisa, and Brynn and they should all be promoted to management or training positions at McDonald's corporate offices and given significant salary raises so that they can train others to be as Outstanding as they are throughout the McDonald's...

Needs improvement. Had a few minor mishaps and the manager on duty did not seem to understand what the concerns were and if you are out of a certain type of drink or do not sell that type that is offered online in Mobile ordering, as an employee, do not just make a drink for the customer. Ask what other type they would like in place of it. So disappointed in this. Also, if you purchased ANY Halloween certificates October 2020, check your certificates. I purchased like $25.00 were last year. Because of corona, we did not have many kids. I had taken the front covers off all the certificates and placed the three coupons in goody bags for the younger ghost and goblins. Well, I took one in and the manager did not want to accept it. All of them are from 2018. Dated on back BUT NONE of them have an expiration date on them so technically they have to honor them. He wanted me to bring them all back up but with the front of the pamphlet attached. Long gone buddy. Also, I placed another mobile order and swapped between this location and another, and the price difference was $8.00 cheaper at the other location. Glad I figured that out. Didn't wasn't to give this location any more than I have already. Gave them a two star because in the end, the manager did give me $5 back that was somehow taken off my mobile order when they added my free apple slices on my order. Also, I did purchase put two packs of apple slices on my order for the dogs and they gave me two apple juices instead. I had to keep explaining to the manager on duty that I still needed my...

I usually don't give bad reviews but my experience at this McDonalds was out of control.

Speed: I was in the outside drive thru line and every 2-3 cars that ordered in the other line, 1 would go through in my line.

Speed: When I arrived to the 2nd window to receive my food, the young lady told me to pull up to the garbage can ahead and someone would bring my food out to me. I waited for 10 minutes (on top of the 15 minute wait in line) before I backed up to the window to ask where my food was. Two other cars even pulled up behind me during that time and their food was brought out to them. By the time I backed up to the window, there were no cars ordering or getting food. Just me, waiting on food that I had already paid for. When I got to the window, the young lady rudely says "What was your order?" as if she had never seen me before and didn't just ask me to pull forward. Thanks to the (possible) manager who was standing there, I finally received my food, which was just sitting on the side.

By the time I received my food, the fries were cold. I opened my Filet O Fish box and the fish filet was halfway off the bun. So I took MORE time to park and go inside and asked for another sandwich.

This has to be the WORST experience I've had at this McDonalds, which is unfortunate because I come to this McDonalds VERY often.

The last time I came to this McDonalds, I had to throw away all of my fries when I got home because they all were burned to a crisp, literally. They were too hard to chew.
