This was the absolute worse fast food experience of my life. It’s made me not want to ever go to a Wendy’s again. Monday 11/19/18 we rolled through the drive through about 7:35-7:40 at night. We order and the lady taking our order was rude as hell and sassing us because we changed 1 thing. Then we pull around to pay and they instruct us to go sit in the handicap spot and it looked like they sent 3-4 cars over there. 1 stupid red car in front of us is blocking the way to get over to the handicap parking spots... pretty sure it’s illegal to park in those spots without a tag but we wanted our food. Finally got the dillweed in front of us to inch forward enough to move over. As we’re parked now in front of the store we can see staff in the lobby goofying off. We see employees coming out to cars with food and cars after us got their food. I go Inside to see what’s up and I’m pretty sure the staff was high. They’re laughing at me as I’m asking what’s going on with my order. We waited over 20 mins and the girl laughs and says she gave our order away to the wrong car. She goes back to make it and I can hear the entire staff laughing and making fun of us. She asked me 3 times what my order was after taking my receipt. We get our food around 8:15 pm after she’s slowly bagging our food with a case of the giggles. Smh. We get home and our food COLD and GROSS!!!!! I’d like to know where the manager on duty was would they put up with this behavior?? Read moreCashier Roy was very disrespectful and clearly lacked knowledge of the Webdys brand and his job. If you can put my change in my hand you can put my receipt in my hand and not on the counter especially seeing that my hand was held out still after I got my change.
Wendys does not charge extra for vegetables I know for a fact because I have worked and managed at Wendy's twice for a franchise and corporate store and thats what he tried to do, first he did not know how to operate the extra button and when they showed him how it came up with no charge as Wendy's does not charge extra for vegetables. When he asked for help again another employee came up and instructed him to click the cheese sauce button to charge me extra $ .60 3 times for each vegetable item which is no correct or proper. If Wendy's charges for extra vegetables the charge would show up when the extra button is clicked and corporate will be notified and this location does not ever have to worry about my business again regardless of how close it is to my house. I have literally never had this issue at any other location as far west as Hawai'i and far east as Ohio. It is very comical that even happened because I was literally at this same location yesterday and didnt have this problem at all. Funny how none of the staff can say when Wendys started charging for extra vegetables which seems like a scam to me.

It came around Christmas time and I was flying out of state. My bank cancelled my card because of the compromised information. But I was stuck out of state with no money around the holidays. Secondly, take a look at the pictures I posted. A huge bug was found in my salad (literally right before I ate the bug. I had already eaten half the salad!! Soo gross!). I work near this Wendys and used to go about every day because of the convenience. Now I will not buy from any Wendys! I had to be hungry until I got off work to go talk to the manager. Her solution was to offer me more food. Why would I want any of it? Horrible experience after another has lost a few Wendys customers. My coworkers do not eat there anymore nor my family.
