I went to try out the ramen today, and the moment I stepped foot inside, I felt the vibe increasingly get more positive. I was greeted by a young man named Khalid or Khaled. He wore a very bright smile, which didn't look like those fake smiles all the other workers/employees wear. He really meant it. I came with my sister and mom, and he treated them like the Queen and the Princess of the world! Anyways, we ordered, and he punched the order in. He seemed to be a little new because he was accompanied by the manager, Hank. There was another woman sitting at the bar. They recently bought a new device for the orders named "SpotOn". Anyways, we sat down and within MINUTES, like 5 minutes or so, the food came. I ordered Birria Ramen with Korean BBQ tacos. My food came first. I got some chopsticks and those big spoons for the broth. Then, my mom and sister got their food. While eating, he kept on asking us if we needed anything. he would make sure we were comfortable and good. I loved that about him. I personally would recommend this place and Khalid/Khaled was the best one there to be honest. While we ate, he would have conversations with us that really made us enjoy the whole ambience.    Read moreTerrible customer service!!! My daughter and I went here today as she wanted to try the bubble tea. Number one the parking lot is small and dirty. I felt like someone was going to jump from behind the dumpster and rob us. Or that I would find used needles in the parking lot. We enter the establishment. We ordered online, however, there is no sign indicating where to pick up your order. I stood inline where one customer was helped in front of me and one customer BEHIND me. Two employees looked me directly in my eyes and didn't offer me help. When I walked up to the counter to ask for my order they told me it was on the counter. When I retrieved my drink I immediately wanted wanted to throw it in the garbage. I was not impressed. It tasted like something I could've made at home and saved myself the time and gas to drive there. This was our first and last time going to this sorry excuse of a restaurant. I wish I would've read the reviews beforehand.
TO THE OWNERS: You can reply to my negative review if you like. It doesn't change my perception of your restaurant or your employees. I hope the next wave of the Pandemic forces your restaurant to go out of business...
   Read moreThe bubble tea is good, although they use powder for flavors (unlike traditional bubble tea or boba guys) but I was extremely upset to see that three or four workers did not take the mask wearing seriously, and were going around without it, or had it hanging below their chin or off their ear. The staff were behind a crowded counter, and soon after we got there a crowd of people walked in and werenât social distancing. The staff and place doesnât have instructions or clear ways theyâre encouraging people to social distance or maintain six feet, and then the staff not taking seriously the masks just makes it a very uncomfortable environment for concerns about the pandemic. The woman who brought the drinks out from behind the counter wasnât wearing a mask and even walked the drinks over to right next to the crowd of people rather than the other side of the counter where I was standing waiting for the drinks at a safe distance. Very irresponsible for their health and customers health. They need to take public health...
